Previously, Ben worked under Italian master chefs in Florence as well as a 3-Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck, based in the United Kingdom. Originally from Oxford, England and currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, Ben’s high-end catering firm currently takes him all over the world, preparing meals for exclusive clientele. He is also a Certified Health Coach, specializing in weight loss, cancer and addiction. After a couple seasons away to focus on the success of his business, Ben returns to the Mediterranean ready to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
