Cho Eun-ju

Cho Eun‑ju (조은주), born in 1978 in South Korea, is a renowned chef known for her refined modern cuisine. She began her culinary career working in various restaurants, eventually becoming a key figure at Walking on the Cloud in Seoul's 63 Building. In 2016, she became the first woman to win two gold medals at the prestigious FHA Culinary Challenge, earning international recognition.

Following this success, she was appointed head chef at Touch the Sky, a fine-dining restaurant on the upper floors of the 63 Building, where she specializes in contemporary French cuisine with a modern Korean touch. Her work combines technical precision, aesthetic presentation, and innovative flavors.

Cho Eun‑ju gained further international visibility through her participation in the Netflix culinary competition "Culinary Class Wars," representing the "White Spoon" elite chefs.
