Yugo Kochi

Yugo Kochi was born on March 8, 1994, in Kanagawa, Japan. Despite having no initial plans to enter the entertainment industry, he joined Johnny & Associates in 2009 after winning an audition segment on the NTV variety program School Kakumei!. He was selected from more than 1,300 contestants to become a regular cast member.

Kochi made his acting debut as Makoto Jinbo in Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou, which premiered on April 14, 2012. In May 2015, he became a member of boy group SixTONES. Four years later, on August 8, 2019, the group announced its upcoming CD debut, before officially debuting on January 22, 2020, with the single Imitation Rain.
