A city trip, to the coast or into the snow after all? For those who cannot choose, Nienke has the solution. So she takes the train to the southern Spanish city of Granada: the perfect base for a multi-faceted adventure through Andalusia. She gets to know authentic Granada flamenco and then travels to Cabo de Gata on the coast. In this protected nature reserve, Nienke goes snorkelling and stargazing. She concludes her trip on skis in the snowy peaks of Sierra Nevada.

Chris travels on to the popular holiday island of Cyprus, where he delves into its troubled past and the conflict that has split the community in two for 50 years. He passes by Apostolos Andreas, the Varosha district and capital Nicosia. In Nicosia, the world's last divided capital, he crosses the UN-guarded border into the Republic of Cyprus. He concludes his trip with an overnight stay in the impressive Troödos Mountains.

Tim and Niek continue their journey across Canada. From Prince Rupert, they catch the ferry to Haida Gwaii: a magical archipelago some 100 kilometres off Canada's west coast. This has been home to the Haida, the original inhabitants of this region, for more than 12,000 years.

Sahil continues his journey through Europe's youngest country: Kosovo. In the town of Pejë, he meets Olympic judo champion Majlinda Kelmendi. He then travels on to the town of Gjakovë where he learns more about the country's troubled history in a museum. Sahil concludes his journey in Prizren, the country's most diverse and cultural city.

Chris continues his campervan trek through Poland. In the capital Warsaw, he visits surprising sites of progressive young Poles. He then drives on to the Hel peninsula on the Baltic coast in the north. His journey ends in the port city of Gdansk, where Chris gets an introduction to the very popular Larpen, aka live action role-playing.

Tim and Niek continue their journey across Canada. From the town of Banff, they take a road trip along the Icefields Parkway, one of the most beautiful routes in the Canadian Rockies. While visiting a Powwow, an important cultural gathering for First Nations, they learn more about the culture and history of Canada's original inhabitants. After an impressive hike in Mount Robson National Park, they continue their journey to Prince George. There, they return the car and board the train to the town of Prince Rupert.

Nienke continues her adventure through Norway. From the town of Bodø, located above the Arctic Circle, she takes the ferry to the archipelago of the Lofoten Islands. On a road trip from the town of Å, Nienke meets people who live off nature in a special way. In Henningsvær, Nienke is treated to the impressive northern lights and concludes her trip with an iconic hike in Svolvær.

Eva Eikhout grabs the car and heads for the snow. In the Austrian Tyrol, she first explores the surprising city of Innsbruck before setting course for the Pitztal ski resort. Here she ventures into snow tubing and takes an evening ride in a pistenbully. The next day, Eva takes to the heights: on the 3,440-metre-high Pitztal Glacier, she does what she loves best, skiing.

Sahil travels through the smallest country in the Balkans: Kosovo. Since Serbia's declaration of independence in 2008, it is Europe's youngest country. After visiting the bustling capital Pristina, he moves on to Mitrovicë, a divided city where ethnic Albanians and Serbs live separately. Here Sahil discovers more about the country's troubled history. He then seeks nature and climbs Hajla, an imposing mountain in the rugged Accursed Mountains.

Chris travels by campervan through Poland, a country many people travel to because of its eventful history. But Chris shows just how progressive Poles are putting their country on the map in surprising ways. In the city of Katowice, he dives into the thriving music scene and then travels on to the Bialowieza Forest where he looks for the wisent.

Tim Runia and Niek Mulder make a long train journey across Canada. Not only a journey through pristine natural areas, but also an introduction to the rich culture of this country through encounters with the original inhabitants. The journey starts in the multicultural city of Toronto, where they take the train to Edmonton, the gateway to the Canadian Rockies. Here they take a hike on the impressive Athabasca Glacier.

Nienke takes the train from Utrecht to all the way above the Arctic Circle in Norway. During a stopover in Oslo, she is introduced to the outdoor life so beloved by Norwegians, the friluftsliv. She dives into the sauna culture of the Norwegian capital and is introduced to the extreme sport dødsen. She then continues her train journey to the Norwegian town of Bodø.

Jurre is in South Korea's Seoul, the birthplace of K-culture. He learns more about K-beauty and he makes his own K-pop video. A little outside the capital, Jurre visits the border with North Korea. He also undergoes a special ceremony that South Koreans use to gain more appreciation for their lives: in fact, he attends his own funeral.

Nienke concludes her journey through England and Wales in Cornwall. A county where life largely takes place by and on the sea. She visits the small fishing village of Cadgwith and then travels on to the birthplace of the British surf scene: the seaside resort of Newquay. In the port town of Falmouth, Nienke visits the Sea Shanty Festival, where everything revolves around sea shanties.

Jurre travels further through South Korea and visits the spiritual island of Jeju, a popular holiday destination among South Koreans. He undergoes a shamanic ceremony and sets out with the island's world-famous legends: the Haenyeo divers.

Sahil travels further through unknown Kyrgyzstan. He takes an adventurous road trip past Issyk Koel, a mountain lake at 1,600 metres. In the small town of Karakol, he visits one of the best animal markets in Central Asia and then drives on to Jyrgalan. A small town where in Soviet times everything revolved around the mines, but since they have closed, Jyrgalan is putting itself on the map as a travel destination.

Chris continues his journey through northern Morocco. After a special stay on a subsistence farm in the middle of the Rif mountains, he drives on to the coast. Here he visits the popular seaside resort of Al Hoceima, from where he hikes through the Al Hoceima national park. Through impressive canyons with limestone cliffs, the hike ends on a deserted beach in the middle of nature.

Jurre continues his journey through Japan and South Korea where he immerses himself in all subcultures. In the Japanese city of Kyoto, he meets a real ninja master who introduces him to the secret techniques of ninjutsu. He then travels to the Japanese port city of Fukuoka where he takes the ferry to South Korea's Busan. This second-largest city in South Korea is known for its large port, beautiful coastline and laid-back beach life.

Nienke continues her long journey through England and Wales. From Pembrokeshire in south-west Wales, she will travel along the south coast, where she will pick seaweed. From this, the typical Welsh product is made: laverbread. Nienke then visits a surf school set up especially for people with physical or mental disabilities. Finally, she travels on to the capital Cardiff, where she ends up in the middle of the Pride Parade.

Sahil tours Kyrgyzstan: a country in Central Asia with beautiful landscapes, its own culture and fascinating history. And a country with a very young population: the average age of Kirgies is 27. Sahil seeks them out to hear who they are, what they dream about and how together they define the character of this special country. In the capital Bishkek, he meets a young DJ and in the countryside he stays with a young nomadic family by Lake Song-Kul.

Dzifa takes a road trip through Montenegro: one of Europe's smallest countries, located in the Balkans. After visiting the capital Podgorica, she goes rafting in Europe's deepest gorge: the Tara Canyon. She then visits an organic oyster farm in the Bay of Kotor. She concludes her trip in the interior where she learns about traditional Montegrian farming life during her stay with a shepherd family.

Chris travels further through northern Morocco. That you don't have to go all the way south for good surf spots is shown when Chris visits a special surfing project in the coastal town of Asilah. He then drives inland where he makes a stopover in the ancient town of Tétouan. And after visiting the photogenic town of Chefchaouen, he stays on an organic farm in one of the most beautiful spots in the Rif mountains.

Jurre continues his journey through Japan where he immerses himself in different subcultures. In the capital Tokyo, he learns all about Japanese precision at the Lost & Found Centre and visits a hyper-pop festival. In the Harajuku district, he meets the Strangers: rock and roll lovers who dance their hearts out every Sunday morning. From Tokyo, Jurre travels further into Japan and meets Japan's first female sumo wrestlers.

Nienke continues her journey through England and Wales. She visits Manchester, the city where the Industrial Revolution began. She visits places that played a role in this development. Nienke then continues her road trip and arrives in Wales. In Eryri national park, also known as Snowdonia, she sleeps in an unusual place: 400 metres underground in an old mine. She then travels on to Bardsey: a tiny island just off the coast of Wales.

Dzifa is in Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of the least travelled countries in the Balkan. In the capital city of Sarajevo Dzifa learns more about the civil war that took place here in the 90s after which she continues her journey through the unspoiled nature of the inner country. She visits the famous bridge Stari Most in Mostar and then takes a hike through the Sutsjeska National Park.

Chris travels through the northern part of Morocco. A region that is often overlooked, while this is the area where the family history lies of nearly 80 percent of Moroccan Dutch people. And they think this is the most beautiful region of the country. To get there Chris takes the train. From Amsterdam he travels through Madrid to kitesurf paradise Tarifa, where he takes the ferry to Tanger. In this surprising Moroccan city Chris takes part in Eid el Fitr, also called Suikerfeest.

Jurre travels through Japan and South Korea. Two countries that have sparked worldwide fantasies, inspired people and garnered fans with their subcultures. During a whole month Jurre is being submerged in these subcultures. He starts in the eclectic heart of Japan: Tokyo. Here he visits a robot cafe with an important social mission and in the iconic fashion district Harajuku he gets a complete Harajuku make-over.

This season Nienke makes a long trip through England and Wales. In IJmuiden she takes the ferry to the English student city Newcastle and from there Nienke drivers to the Lake District. A nature area with more than 200 mountain tops and hills and over 2200 kilometers of hiking trails. After a long hike Nienke stays the night in one of the most remote hostels in England. After that she continues her journey to the 800 year old Muncaster Castle, where the owners extend a hearty welcome to her on a creative festival.

Chris concludes his journey through South Africa in the Karoo: a gigantic semi-desert that covers almost a third of the country. To really experience this wilderness, Chris spends the night in a tent on the vast plains. Freddy's journey through Italy also comes to an end. In the Aeolian Islands, he visits the island of Salina, where he prepares a fish he has caught himself and meets a star chef who specializes in caper dishes.

Nienke travels by train through the Luxembourg Ardennes. In this Grand Duchy she visits the towns of Clervaux and Bourscheid and walks part of the three-day Lee trail that runs right through this nature reserve. After a long journey through Bolivia and Paraguay, Dzifa concludes the adventure in the Paraguayan city of Concepción. Here she is introduced to the national non-alcoholic drink: yerba tea. Her journey ends on a farm where she spends a day in the life of a real estanciero.
