James and Izzie are off and running again, and the going is flat. That’s because they’re in the eastern counties of Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.

Izzie gets her skates on and finds her bandy legs on the ice for a go at a winter sport that began in the Fens, while our resident gourmand drops a 'clanger', a local delicacy that was once a staple food of those who laboured on the land in these parts.
