Baby Jake goes on a countryside adventure starting with a fun, bumpy ride on Toot Toot the Tractor. He's joined by a bouncy Nibbles the Rabbit and together they bumpety bump on their bottoms across the farmland, high up in the air and into space. There they are joined by Pengy Quin, Sydney the Monkey and the Hamsternauts before bumping back down to Earth, through snowy and tropical lands.
