After a run-in with old enemy Wonka and his gang the three lads attend a welcome home barbecue for Jen but to Fletch's dismay she has brought her handsome new fiancé James. Taking advantage of James' gluten intolerance Fletch decides to make his play for Jen, but the plan backfires - literally.
