The Crustaceans kidnap Art Fortunes, but the kids use the Bug Out spell to sneak into the Charterville Cemetery and rescue him. Art then draws a new Battle Station and new Battle Vehicles so that the Beetleborgs will be able to face the Worm Tanks and the Crustacean Jet Fighters that Les drew for Nukus.
Nukus, along with new fellow villains Vilor and Horribelle and the Dregs, takes Les Fortunes to the Charterville Cemetery, in order to have a new army of monsters drawn for him.
Nukus destroys the Beetleborgs' armor, weapons, and powers, and turns Flabber into ice. While the kids try to persuade Art Fortunes to draw new armor, weapons, and powers for them, Nukus frees Fortunes' twisted brother Les from jail and summons some of Les' drawn monsters into the real world.

The BeetleBorgs take a beating from Borgslayer and finally escape to Hillhurst where they must rescue Flabber from the organ and Art from the monsters.
Wolfgang's recurring daydream of causing a mutiny becomes reality when Wolfie accidentally returns Flabber to the pipe organ where he gets stuck. Vexor and the Magnavors burglarize Art Fortunes' studio and take comics featuring Nukus, a very intelligent creature.
The author of "Fright Files" thinks that Hillhurst would be a great inspiration for his work and moves in. Meanwhile, Vexor's new power-phaser makes Typhus more powerful and they set off to confront the Beetleborgs.
Flabber is determined to turn his hideous housemates into healthy hard-bodies. Enter Super-Noxic, Noxic's little brother, who arrives at Hillhurst under the guise of "Hurt-ulese," a pumped up personal trainer.

Flabber helps Roland improve his magic trick abilities by lending him a magic book. When he practised his new trick, he performs it at Zoom Comics (but on the way there, he lost the book). He makes Jo disappear, and could not remember how to bring her back. When he discovers that the book was gone, he must find it immediately or Jo is stuck being invisible.
A werewolf arrives at Hillhurst. His name is Wolfgang, and he's a notorious freeloader from the House Monsters' old country (Transylvania). Lucky for them, when he makes a big scene in Charterville, the Magnavores take interest, and kidnap Wolfie, hoping to use his strength against the Beetleborgs.
Flabber has a cold, and is surprised to discover that the old handkerchief he uses to blow his nose is actually a treasure map! The three Beetleborg kids use it to seek out what they expect to be riches beyond imagination. But Van and Trip swipe the map, in an effort to find the treasure themselves. The Magnavores then steal it from them, and release a monster, the Terror Bear, from the comics to keep the Beetleborgs busy. After defeating the monster, the kids team-up with the House Monsters to track down the treasure: and it turns out to be golden slime.
Trip and Van hire a bogus ghostbuster to exterminate Flabber from Hillhurst.
Van and Trip pay to have the Hillhurst Mansion blown up while the Magnavors have their own plan to destroy the Mansion.
When Flabber grants the kids their wish to become BeetleBorgs, he also accidentally unleashes the comic book villains too!
Drew, Jo and Roland are hanging out at Zoom Comics reading the latest BeetleBorgs comics when local bullies Van and Trip dare them to go into the old abandoned Hillhurst House.
