Charlie mysteriously turns up at every job Pam is called to and tries to undercut her price—she accuses him of stalking and he accuses her of stealing his livelihood. Coincidentally when Chris Riley reports a foul smell at The Imperial and with just days before a big Rotary function at the hotel both plumbers turn up to fix the problem and a turf war erupts.
