New Yorkers Bill and Ali met on the beach as lifeguards, and they bonded over a passion for boating and the ocean. With their four children out of the house and Bill able to work remotely, they are ready to make the move to a warmer climate where they can sail year-round. The couple is looking for the perfect home that can accommodate many visitors, while hopefully leaving enough room in the budget for a boat.
