Marco vows to beon his best behaviour tonight as he greets his guests with a blue drink called “blue grottos”. For the appetizer Marco surprises his guests with tableside service of Caesar salad. And in true Italian style Marco serves up a main course of chicken cacciatore made with home jarred tomatoes. For dessert Marco has a flop with his chocolate soufflé. Can the guests forgive Marco for a simple but great meal and flat soufflé?
