MA KEUNG questions MA CHONG about the case. MA CHONG reveals that TUNG is willing to work for SHEUNG-HO for a lifetime in order to borrow money from her to pay for the court case. LAI-SHEUNG asks the jewellery shop staff if SCOTT is pursuing SHAN but the staff reveals that SCOTT has already got a girlfriend but she has emigrated to Canada. LAI-SHEUNG discovers that SHEUNG-KWUN FEI is SCOTT’s friend. SCOTT tries to borrow 500 thousand dollars from FEI for he wants to start anew with her girlfriend in Canada. LAI-SHEUNG returns home and persuades MA KEUNG to help SHAN and TUNG but MA KEUNG doesn’t want to be involved in it.
