Alien Abduction Programs

The alien catch and release program is what David Adair calls it when people are abducted by aliens and returned. Betty and Barney Hill are perhaps the best-known of such abductees. In this program, beings, not always extraterrestrial, abduct humans, alter them in strange ways, then release them back into the world. Most often with dreadful results.
