Episode 172
Daily Planet · Season 17 · Episode 172
Today on Daily Planet, we take a look at an incredible slow motion camera called the Phantom camera. Hypoxia is a condition you can suffer from when your body has a lack of oxygen. It is also one of the many obstacles that mountaineers have to overcome, and our very own Mark Miller wanted to find out for himself what it's like. Some marching band drums are big, but none are as massive as the University of Missouri's "Big Mo." We visit a winery that wants to use gravity to help them create their wine. Also, we have a preview of the new IMAX film, Space Junk 3D, and Jay Ingram joins an awesome axe throwing league (dart players have nothing on these guys). All this and more, tonight! Only on Daily Planet.
