Bruno fights with Emanuel and then flees. Selma screams upon learning that Bruno is still alive. Andréa recoils upon seeing Bruno, who demands her diamonds and takes her away. Diogo agrees to exchange the diamonds for Andréa. Bruno points the gun at Andréa's head, orders Diogo to follow him, but, realizing Nicolau is behind them, shoots the boy. The police arrive, but Bruno manages to escape with Andréa.
