The Ghost's Revenge

Conan and Kogoro meet a manager of an accounting firm at the hospital who's been told he has six months left to live. Also with him are his wife and secretary, and it seems as though he plans to make the most of his remaining time. However, several days later, he's found murdered in his home. That morning, his wife and secretary went out to run an errand at his request. When they returned that evening, they found him dead in the bathroom. Just then, the man's friend comes running in.
