Summary

While Nobita and his friends are at Suneo's house admiring Pablo Picasso's paintings Suneo's father bought, Nobita observed the most expensive one and finds it similar to one he drawn in the past, to which Suneo rebuked. After finding the drawing, Doraemon assumed he copied the work of Picasso's, but Nobita insisted that it is coincidental that both are similar. Doraemon decided to check for the sendimental value using the "Famous Painting Checker". After screening the drawing, the machine explained that it is worthless in the future, but very valuable in year 1944's Europe. As there is no such painting then, Nobita decided to take the drawing to that era despite the ongoing World War II then. Once they reached 1944's Europe, they saved a girl, who turns out to be Picasso's granddaughter, and reveals that Picasso was forced to draw a painting by a Nazi soldier in his mansion. Doraemon eats “Hitler's Pills" which gives him the authority to order the Nazi soldiers to leave. Nobita's drawing was discovered by the girl who claims that it is drawn by her younger brother, Tonio, who was killed in a blast sometime ago, and Picasso stopped drawing since then over the loss of his grandson. Upon seeing the drawing, Picasso picked up the paintbrush and made some adjustments to the drawing, the end result of which resembles what Nobita saw of Picasso's painting in Suneo's house. He explained that Tonio drew a similar work at the age of three, and Nobita's drawing helped him to revive the passion of drawing. The episodes end with Nobita drawing Shizuka in Picasso's style, thinking in his mind that it is him who originally produced Picasso's main drawing.

Doraemon and Nobita fought over one cake, and Doraemon decided to increase the amount so that both can have a share. Doraemon plants the cake like a seed into the soil of "Special Bonsai" and waters it twice. The plant grows fast in the process of flowers dropping and bearing 14 fruits. The fruits all contained a similar cake each, and both boys are unable to finish them all. Doraemon felt thirsty and Nobita suggested repeating the procedure with a bottle of orange juice, which they succeeded. They are also unable to finish all the orange juice, and Nobita suggested getting Shizuka to come over for the cake and drinks, as well as bringing along her favourite doll. Together, Nobita and Shizuka increased the number of dolls and toy cars using the bonsai, and played with them on the road. Suneo and Gian were shocked at the number of similar toys they had, and upon Nobita's explanation, Gian robbed the bonsai and coerced Nobita into telling him the instructions, but Nobita told him only to plant the item he intend to increase as a seed (without watering it). Gian did so with a 1000 Japanese yen note, and the plant bears smaller and fewer fruits due to lack of water. Gian cried upon opening all the fruits only to find that the notes are so tiny that renders it unusable.

It ends with the next evening after sending the lion back, Suneo tells Nobita to kneel down at the Dog King, which he refuses. Suneo tells the Dog King to punish Nobita, but he runs away instead. Doraemon takes out a calculator and finds out there will be no more money for Nobita until he is 43 years old and it is summer. Doraemon tells him to ask the cashier for check refunds and he leaves while Doraemon sleeps.

Nobita moans because his mother won't give him any money. Doraemon produces a telephone booth which you can use wishes for so Nobita wishes for a world without money. What he gets is a world full of money that no one wants. Get a model kit worth 26,000 yen and the shop keeper gives you the money as well as the kit. Pick pockets put money in people's pockets and beggars try to give away money. Nobita for once has a fortune that he does not want.

An ugly man accidentally shoots Doraemon. Finally an arrow hits the girl and she falls for Nobita but he ends up being chased by the ugly girl who still has a love arrow in her.
