The old B-Team are tasked with solving the murder of a nurse at a high-security psychiatric unit. Victoria goes undercover, getting admitted as a patient—and she gets close to the world of psychiatric care for better or for worse.

A retired police hero is killed. He has been very involved in the debates over where a national preparedness centre should be based, and the level of threat against several policemen is heightened. What is the connection, and are more people under threat?
