Kelly and Sarah both loved living on their own, but since Kelly's new landlord is taking over her apartment, the two friends have decided to pool their resources and find a charming inner-city oasis they can share. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find them a rental with plenty of character that's complete with the outdoor space they crave. But will be they willing to adjust their expectations? They tour a number of tempting homes that feature the all-important patio. But after narrowing down the options, can they get the landlord to create a privacy partition?
