Next, Debbie and Arthur from The Cleasewood Guest House have an apology to make about breakfast - but will their payments be any easier to digest? Helen and Suzanne from Peel Hey on the Wirral are third and are keen to find out whether Arthur and Debbie are out for revenge for their own feedback. Finally, it's Four Saints Brig Y Don in Llandudno and owner Shoukry is hoping some dodgy dinner conversation won't scupper his chances. Amid recriminations, accusations, and flaring tempers, the payments are revealed and the winner is finally announced.
