While out and about around Higglytown, best friends Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip and Fran visit the big city, the beach, the Ferris wheel and more. Best friends Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip and Fran hop and bop around the town visiting exciting places such as the fair, the circus and the candy store. When a problem needs solving, they call on someone special to come to the rescue with safety tips and good advice on how we all can help each other.
