Laura and Paul try to hold it together during the speeches. But things are only made worse when Steve gets up to deliver his.
Laura has to deal with a shocking revelation as the wedding gets underway.
The wedding is due to get underway in just thirty minutes and Laura and her bridesmaids party in the limo whilst Paul has a big decision to make and needs Steve’s help. Becky has a secret she is hiding.
It’s the morning of Laura and Paul’s wedding and Becky attempts to calm down an excited Laura. Steve is unable to find Paul though.

Christmas Day has arrived and Steve receives a surprise visitor.
It’s Steve and Becky’s first anniversary and Steve was planning on asking Becky to become his wife but he reckoned with Laura showing up.
Around a year ago, Steve and Becky had their first date. Becky has come round before heading out for a coffee and Steve is really wants to try and impress her.
Steve and Becky have been burgled. While they tidy up, Steve takes the opportunity to ask Becky’s dad a big question.
Steve and Becky have run out of beer and Steve’s mum’s had an argument with her boyfriend.
The latest member of Paul’s family is welcomed into the fold, as Steve cooks a large breakfast.
Steve hides an engagement ring from Becky, who is suffering from a hangover, and the couple both avoid going to the park with Laura and Paul.

Both Laura and Shelly have job interviews that have been arranged by Steve’s ex-girlfriend. After Dan gets back with his girlfriend, he ismore miserable than ever. Becky finds out a secret from Steve’s past.
Becky and Steve are late for the cinema and keep getting delayed. They lock themselves out, Steve can’t find his phone and they get sidelined by Laura and Paul, who have just returned from a Spanish holiday.
It’s a rollover on the Lottery and everyone comes round to Becky and Steve’s flat to watch it. Paul has a medical problem and turns to Steve for help.
Laura’s had her bum pinched outside the flat and Paul and his mates are determined to get revenge on the pincher. While the fight goes on in the street, Becky and Steve hide upstairs, hoping it’ll soon be over.
Becky’s parents Nigel and Janet meet Steve’s mum and her new partner Mike, while Paul and Laura bring along a housewarming present. Despite Steve’s efforts to make the evening go well by preparing his favourite meal and trying to make conversation, it’s a recipe for disaster.
Laura, Paul and Shelly have drunkenly missed their night bus home and have to crash at Becky and Steve’s. While Becky and Steve want to sleep because they’ve got a “big day” ahead of them, Laura won’t shut up and Dan arrives and is going through a crisis.
Becky has moved into Steve’s flat, and Laura, Paul and Shelly come round to congratulate her. However, their visit is marred by the fact they have also invited Julie Taylor, Steve’s ex-girlfriend.

Steve and Becky are drunk and arguing. They storm back into the flat, soon followed by their even drunker friends and Jamie, Becky’s oldest friend. While everyone drinks Steve’s drinks and eats all his food, Steve tries in vain to deal with Becky and her close friendship with Jamie.
It’s Sunday and Becky and Steve are bored. Their fridge is broken and Becky’s parents are coming round to fix it. Steve has never met them before and he’s terrified. When they arrive, he’s over-friendly and, frankly, a bit odd. Matters are only made worse by Dan, who’s audibly enjoying himself upstairs with his new girlfriend, Paris. At least he says she’s his girlfriend.
Everyone is trying to watch the match between two local teams. Except Steve that is, who’s bothered by a dream he had about Becky and her ex. And Laura, who's bored. And Paul, who is miserable after his mum’s shocking news. The afternoon couldn’t really be going worse until Steve comes out with what appears to be a racist comment.
When therapist, Ross’s whole scientific belief system is called into question after he witnesses HIM’s powers first-hand, he is determined to find a way to help his patient. Meanwhile, following the accident, Azfal remains unconscious in intensive care. With his family and Faith praying for him to wake up, HIM feels helpless, particularly when Faith berates him for running from the scene.
Having lost control over his powers and nearly destroying his Dad’s house, HIM’s parents struggle to work out what is best for their son, whilst he continues to fight his feelings for stepsister, Faith. As HIM and Faith become closer, their relationship is pushed to the limits, putting an extra strain on HIM’s emotional state and threatening to have devastating consequences.
Living in between both his parents’ houses, HIM feels ousted by their respective new families, with his Dad expecting twins with his new wife and a baby brother to contend with at his Mum’s house. However, when his stepsister Faith moves in, the fragile balance is threatened further as he develops feelings towards her. HIM finds himself struggling with adolescence and, unlike other teenagers, he has the additional pressure of learning to master his inherited telekinetic powers.
