Veronique’s return has everyone nervous: Tjoppie wants her gone, Marco is afraid that she might remember what he has done, while the Systers are not impressed. CJ and Veronique read each other the riot act, and Veronique wonders if she really lived such a bad life. CJ is shocked to realise that Brenda knew of Veronique’s impending return, and then an argument follows regarding their crumbling marriage. Shireen flies to Italy, and leaves Debbie-Lee with pearls of wisdom.

The workers find it hard to be back at work. Brenda is caught between Matthew and CJ, seeing as they are unknowingly pulling her into two different directions. Brenda’s news is confirmed, and she shares it with Matthew. Tjoppie asks Joey a big question, and during the event Veronique shows up. Shireen explains her decision to Sandy and Nenna.

Joey’s emotional outburst forces everyone to confront the relationships they have neglected and the chances that may be running out of. Brenda’s life is thrown into turmoil with Matthew’s unexpected suggestion, her own feelings towards the two men in her life, and CJ’s unexpected arrival with one final question. Shireen makes a very drastic decision concerning her future – and her heart.

Emotional tributes, and good memories, are shared on the day of the funeral. Brenda struggles to deal with her news, even when it becomes very clear that it is not a mistake. Matthew leaves his emotions at the door to support Brenda through this difficult time. CJ tells Marco and Tjoppie that he is going to leave Soebatskloof, and Marco pleads with him to not leave the farm.

The Systers struggle to come to terms with their grief, especially when the handwritten note is read out aloud. Joey eventually admits why he was trying to dodge the funeral arrangements. Stil Piet moves into Nenna’s house. Brenda decides to clean out her heart towards CJ – and tells him everything about Matthew. CJ’s anger knows no bounds. Brenda makes a very untimely discovery.

Octavia tells Tjoppie and Marco why she thinks she should leave the farm. Sandy makes a discovery in the kitchen that shocks her to the deepest parts of her soul. Joey discovers an unexpected handwritten letter that leaves the family with many questions. Brenda tries to end things with Matthew. Funeral arrangements are never easy – especially if Joey wants nothing to do with it. Sandy’s warning leaves someone with more questions, when she realises that she can’t go through with the truth.

Tjoppie and Octavia make interim plans to keep Rachel at bay during this very difficult time. Matthew and Brenda are surprised by a notice on the restaurant’s door, while Stil Piet and Napoleon cling to the hope that a mistake was made. Shireen’s answers on the sudden death break the family even more. Marco says farewell in his own way.

Things are tense between Gershwin and Veronique, when Veronique wants to see her sons – and then it becomes even more tense when she discovers a marriage certificate. Lida eventually tells Hermien and Jan why she has come to visit Soebatskloof.

Tjoppie wants to make contact with his sons again, and surprises CJ. CJ also has a surprise for his father. Jan has a lot of explaining to do towards Hermien, but also makes a few startling revelations that lets Hermien look at their marriage in a new light. Veronique has questions for Brenda when Gershwin promises to lock her away if she doesn’t stop wandering around the farm. Brenda’s new ideas for the menu gives Matthew other ideas…

Things are uncomfortable in the cottage when Brenda has no other choice but to go along with Gershwin’s plan. Veronique feels disorientated and doesn’t know the adult version of Brenda. A stranger rocks up at Soebatskloof, and when Hermien begins to ask questions, the stranger insists on Jan answereing them. As Veronique makes herself at home at the cottage, Brenda's suspicions about Gershwin's true intentions grow. The friendship between Brenda and Matthew is steering towards a disaster, and Debbie-Lee and Tjoppie are back.

Octavia is still struggling to process Broer Koos's exit, but then Matthew gives her new insight on who he really is. Brenda wants to move out of the cottage, but CJ has a better plan. Erin is caught out when she wants to warn Veronique against Gershwin. Gershwin realises he will have to speed up his plans to get her out of the facility. Shireen shares good news with Javin.

CJ’s jealousy drives a wedge between him and Brenda, and when he goes to apologise it leads to Brenda making a drastic decision. Octavia struggles to process Broer Koos’s betrayal, and gets angry about the situation when she discusses it with Hermien. Gershwin manipulates Erin to say nothing about what she heard, and he lets Veronique unknowingly sign very important documents.

CJ’s jealousy towards Matthew and Brenda reaches breaking point: when he confronts Brenda on her working relationship with Matthew, she decides to sleep over at Gershwin’s house. Suné, Broer Koos’s ex-fiancé, arrives on Soebatskloof: when she can’t find Broer Koos, Joey takes her to Octavia. Veronique tells nurse Erin that her name is Dawn - and Erin’s uncomfortable questions makes Gershwin uneasy.

Octavia finds out that Broer Koos has left via second-hand knowledge, but at least has a letter to try and save her heart. Gershwin lets Brenda know that Veronique is awake, but designs a new timeline that will curb Veronique’s questions concerning the past. Nenna can’t help confronting Chantelle, while Joey isn’t pleased when he finds out that Nenna knows more than he does. Shireen makes a heartbreaking decision.

Shireen’s world starts imploding again when she has to explain to her family what happened – and what Chantelle is planning on doing. Broer Koos opens his heart up to Matthew, and greets Octavia without her knowing. Veronique is frustrated with her memories - especially when her wedding ring doesn’t mean anything to her. Matthew starts seeing Brenda in a different light.

Veronique struggles with the lost time and Gershwin is ready to take what he has always wanted. Octavia introduces Broer Koos to her family, and Broer Koos is very emotional when he is welcomed with open arms - but then his relationship is threatened by a ghost from his past. Shireen is confronted with the consequences of her decision.

Veronique wakes up from the coma - but there is clearly something wrong. Octavia still wants to keep her relationship with Broer Koos a secret, but Broer Koos puts his foot down: now that the Systers know, everyone should know! CJ feels uncomfortable when he sees that Brenda enjoys Matthew in the kitchen. Shireen confronts Chantelle, and Chantelle realises what Shireen has done.

CJ gets an unpleasant surprise when Rachel leaves for London. Nenna gives Broer Koos advice on his new love. Shireen tells Nenna what happened, and Linda overhears Chantelle franticly looking for a new place to stay.

The restaurant rushes to get everything done when it is booked out for 10 days. Javin makes a discovery and runs straight to Nenna to tell her. Shireen can’t concentrate on her work; she is still stunned after the HIV-test. Rachel tells Matthew about the new opportunity, and it forces him to make another huge decision. CJ is not impressed wit the fact that Matthew and Brenda are working very well together.

Rachel orchestrates a high-risk relaunch that tests Sandy and Brenda to the outmost. Octavia makes it very clear to Broer Koos that he may not tell a soul about what is going on between them, and then Suné calls. Shireen’s fear drives her to do something very unethical - and she's shocked in what she finds. Rachel shares news with Hermien.

Brena wonders whether or not to use the blackmail material when Pierre’s food review is published. Shireen confronts a dangerous situation that could place her own life at risk. Rachel shares the "good" news about Matthew with Hermien - but then she receives a mysterious call. Perfume leads to a secret meeting, where two hearts might just become one.

Rachel is elated when Matthew makes an important decision regarding his future on Soebatskloof. Pierre’s decision will be discussed on his blog the following day. Chantelle’s guilty feelings lead to a very unpleasant outburst - and then she hides something from Shireen. Broer Koos is down and out when Octavia shows him the door.

The day is here for Pierre de Ryners to make his judgement on the menu. CJ talks to Octavia when his suspicion starts growing by the day regarding Matthew and Soebatskloof. Is there an unexpected kiss that might happen? There is an accident at Shireen’s practice, and she needs to urgently order medicine.

Broer Koos, egged on by Matthew, tries a new tactic in his pursuit of Octavia’s heart. Chantelle plays dirty when she makes Shireen question whether she truly deserves the recognition from the community. Brenda and Sandy have to overcome one more obstacle, and Rachel lets them know that if they fail to impress Pierre with the menu, Sandy will lose her job. CJ is caught off guard by a very upsetting remark by Matthew.

Rachel and Octavia are surprised when Hermien and Jan are back - without Tjoppie and Debbie-Lee. Chantelle struggles to find her feet in Shireen’s practise, and she walks out after an incident with a patient. Sandy’s anger regarding Rachel’s demands leads to a negotiation. Rachel and Matthew are starting to dream big, while Joey takes Koos on regarding his behaviour towards women. Broer Koos has a brand-new idea that he discusses with Matthew.

Broer Koos manipulates Nenna into making him something, and Rachel shares very sensitive information with Octavia and CJ.

Rachel gives Gershwin Napoleon’s job after Gershwin promises to be her eyes and ears on the farm. CJ doesn’t want to do Rachel’s bidding, but Gershwin manipulates him with a warning about Rachel. More and more people need Shireen’s help with medical things, and Rachel asks Matthew to stop antagonising Octavia. Broer Koos is chased away by Stil Piet.

Tensions are running high on Soebatskloof as Napoleon can’t remember anything about the previous day. Shireen reconsiders her career choices. Rachel puts CJ in an impossible position. Broer Koos’s past is catching up with him, and Joey and Dominee strong-arm Nenna into letting him stay a bit longer. Matthew and CJ meet each other – and Matthew learns that CJ is Junior’s only heir.

CJ has an idea on how to impress Rachel, but then Napoleon manages to destroy it. Matthew’s slyness with Octavia makes Sandy an instant fan, but then there is a dangerous side to him when he tinkers with wine. Nenna and Broer Koos don’t see eye to eye.

CJ’s kiss doesn’t go down as well as he has hoped. Joey assists Javin with a difficult letter, and Gershwin starts to make friends with Napoleon…

Jan shows up a little intoxicated at the house but blames his circumstances. Lucky’s interest in Brenda is piqued when Brenda gives him lip.

Veronique is not coping, and Octavia is the one that notices. Brenda is caught off guard when Veronique chases her away, and Lucky turns on the charm when he meets the Systers for the first time – and he is also immediately impressed when he meets Brenda. Warren shows Lucky that he is not such a bad father as Lucky thinks. Jan begins to feel guilty about his many lies.

Debbie-Lee tells Nenna about her plans with Tjoppie, while both of them think it is a step in the right direction. Shireen tells Sandy that she knows how it feels to grow up without a dad, but Sandy doesn’t want to talk about it. It is very clear that Lucky is also hiding a secret from his father. Octavia has a plan that will prevent Warren from using a piece of land on the farm. Veronique has an idea on how to get rid of her father, but it takes its toll.

Veronique has bigger problems on hand than the visits from her father: Warren wants to plant where Veronique’s secrets are hidden. Warren and Lucky are at extreme loggerheads with each other, and Shireen is kind of in the middle of it all. Debbie-Lee is concerned about the future, while Joey encourages her to speak to her beloved.

Shireen is prepared to listen to Warren’s whole story regarding Lucky. Sandy goes with Debbie-Lee for her first appointment – and receives news that they really didn’t expect. Octavia makes it clear to Veronique that she won't be leaving Soebatskloof before CJ and Haley are back. Debbie-Lee and Tjoppie share their stories of the day with each other.

Lucky shows up at Shireen’s house and reveals things to her that she hardly can believe. Brenda reveals that CJ is on the run with baby Haley – with Veronique’s assistance – but asks that it be kept a secret as to keep CJ and Haley safe. A blanket leads to a big revelation.

CJ demands to spend time alone with his child, while Brenda doesn’t think it is a good idea. Nenna and Joey don’t make it easy for Debbie-Lee to hide her news, and Sandy begins to suspect something is amiss. Warren gives Phillip and Napoleon a reason to be concerned, while Shireen feels that he is once again hiding something.

CJ, Brenda, and Veronique play against time to sort out the security on a phone. Debbie-Lee gets an unexpected result. Shireen takes Warren home but gives him an ultimatum. The tension is getting to Esther.

A big secret that needs to be laid to rest could also be the beginning of a brand-new understanding. A set of keys could unlock the right room, but doesn’t mean Haley is safe. Debbie-Lee realises something that comes as a big shock. Shireen suddenly feels unsure about Warren.

CJ can’t sit around the house waiting for answers; he asks Brenda to go look for answers with him. A supper invitation surprises the Syster household. Octavia arrives unexpectedly on Soebatskloof. Veronique’s desperate search brings her face to face with her father – and the extreme confrontation that takes place will have huge consequences.

Tjoppie doesn’t just give his permission for the Druiwe Dans to take place – he also asks some of the workers to begin the preparations. Warren is not sure what a winemaker should know about pumps, paths, and pipes – and Joey doesn’t make things easier for him. Allistair’s plan with Haley is revealed, and then he has a surprise for Veornique on Soebatskloof.

Gershwin is completely caught off guard when Joyce makes very sure that he returns home - and she tells him the truth about who is really the mastermind behind all the ‘bad luck’ they’re experiencing. Joey is not planning on making things easy for Warren: he keeps his eye on him. Esther tries to broker peace between her and CJ – but on her terms. Veronique ropes in Trevor to help her to get closer to Allistair.

Tongues are wagging again about Warren who's making himself at home on Soebatskskloof, but the man is not listening to the gossip- he just wants to start working on the farm again. Hermien has a stern talking to her family, and advises them that it is best to bang together. Veronique is beyond scared, and tells Joyce who is really responsible for Haley’s disappearance, but Joyce does not believe her. Later, Veronique gets a very upsetting mission to complete.

Veronique is shocked when the teddybear starts talking to her. Jan tells Lida the whole truth, but she still begs him to stay with her. Warren makes an announcement that makes the workers see red, and Tjoppie is, once again, extremely angry with Hermien. A recent truth is explained again - so that the real truth can become a fact.

The Marais family has to face Esther and Sabrine, but the main gate rapports that there are protesters. CJ makes a quick plan with the unwanted masses of people. Junior makes it known that there is a huge amount of money for any information that will bring Haley home safely. Veronique tortures Elry, and the master brain is revealed to be Chrisentia’s boss. Jan tells Amelia his truth, and Amelia tries to sell Australia as a solution. Gershwin regains consciousness, and Joyce goes against Veronique’s will…

Veronique is convinced that Elroy is the man behind the disappearance of Haley, and concocts a plan to lure him in - with the help of Brenda. CJ is so livid with Brenda that he doesn’t speak to her, and keeps vigil at the church. Jan hears what the future holds for Lida - and what is expected of him. In an interview, Esther names the person that she thinks is behind Haley’s disappearance.

Haley’s christening turns into a nightmare, and CJ blames Brenda for his daughter’s disappearance. Veronique is not letting grass grow under her feet: she climbs into Brenda, until Hermien arrives. Debbie-Lee must watch Tjoppie comforting Veronique, and Esther doesn’t hold back towards CJ. Joyce is busy taking care of Brenda when she gets an earthshattering call - and then she comes to the wrong conclusion that Elroy is sitting behind it all.

Jan is confronted with his past when he comes face to face with Lida and Amelia. Veronique’s attempt, to control the farm, proceeds according to plan. Edmund prepares for his departure to Italy. Warren appears at Shireen’s front door. Haley’s christening turns into a big drama when Gershwin doesn’t make an appearance, and Haley disappears into thin air.

Edmund gets a surprising answer from Crystal. Gershwin shares his plan on how to catch Elroy, but unfortunately for Gershwin the car does not miss its target this time around. Edmund makes a surprising suggestion to Junior on who he thinks the new cellar master should be. Hermien and Jan return a lot earlier from their honeymoon - and Jan makes an appointment with Amelia.

Jan’s attitude towards a mouthy Pieter upsets Hermien. Edmund makes it clear to Crystal that he was serious about his plans, and Junior finds out that Brenda knows everything. CJ is not at all interested in inheriting Soebatskloof, and things go south quickly for Tjoppie and Debbie-Lee. Gershwin gets another threat (this time in the form of a black suit), while someone makes notes of all the conversations they are listening in on. At Charl Senior’s grave his real murderer is unmasked.

Jan and Hermien meet Pieter, another camper on the terrain - and then Jan is forced to lie to Hermien again when she catches him with his phone. Octavia leaves Soebatskloof as a consequence to Junior’s decisions, while Edmund follows his heart. Tjoppie and Debbie-Lee have a huge falling out because of Sandy, and Gershwin’s life is in danger when a car speeds towards him.

Octavia is concerned about Hermien and Jan’s honeymoon plans, while Hermien suggests something that would give them more time together. Joyce is concerned about Elroy, and also suggests that Haley be christened. Someone is listening in on various conversations without anyone else knowing. Tjoppie worsens the situation between Debbie-Lee and Sandy. Jan lies to Hermien about the phone call.

Jan receives an unexpected call right before the wedding cake is to be cut. Gershwin invites himself over to where Veronique is babysitting Haley - and a strange teddy bear is found near the little girl. Octavia’s caterers underestimated the number of guests at the wedding – and Nenna is ready to say something. Napoleon causes a lot of drama at the wedding.

It is time for Jan and Hermien to promise forever to each other. Brenda and Annette help Hermien get ready for her big day, while Jan is without a best man. Edmund asks Crystal to be his date for the wedding, while Nenna is concerned about Octavia’s plans. Marco feels too guilty to attend the wedding, and Tjoppie promises to make things right with Sandy. There are eyes in the shadows that don’t miss anyone or anything.

Annette shares her hard words with Octavia - with her full chest. Tjoppie offers to try and broker peace with Christiaan, while Tjoppie realises that something is wrong between Debbie-Lee and Sandy. Christiaan arrives at the bacherlor and bachelorette masked ball, and gives Jan something that he wasn’t expecting.

CJ, Brenda and Haley are not the only guests that arrive on the farm in preparation for Jan and Hermien's big wedding. Junior needs to investigate terms and conditions. Annette and Octavia see each other for the first time after Annette discovered the truth. Tjoppie wants to broker peace with Christiaan, while Edmund needs to make a huge decision. Nenna has her hands full with a kitchen tea and Debbie-Lee.

Jan is determined to marry Hermien - with or without Christiaan’s blessing. A friendship freaks out Veronique - and then she overhears Edmund talking about the offer. Debbie-Lee and Sandy have a huge blow out when Debbie-Lee has had enough of her mother’s behaviour. Shireen lands up in the middle of the fight. Crystal gives Edmund very wise advice, and Marco feels guilty when he overhears the topic of Hermien and Nenna’s discussion.

Octavia gives Junior an ultimatum: either he gets Edmund to play along, or she will start playing dirty. Edmund gets a very big offer from Junior, and Joey lets him know exactly how he feels about the situation. Octavia worms her way into Hermien’s wedding - at the cost of Nenna - and Jan asks Christaan a very big question. Sandy is rubbed up the wrong way when Tjoppie insists that Debbie-Lee sits down for breakfast. Crystal makes a move on Edmund, and it leads to a very loaded moment.

Hermien is concerned how people will handle her newest news - especially Christiaan. Marco reaches out to Jan to broker peace. Sandy is upset because she feels that Debbie-Lee is treating her like she works for her. Octavia gives Edmund the opportunity to sell his shares to her - and then Junior also makes the same play. Everyone can see how the dynamic between Edmund and Crystal is changing.

Jan surprises Hermien, not just with an unexpected visit, but also with a very startling question. Breakfast at the Marais Mansion gets uncomfortable when Debbie-Lee takes her place at Tjoppie’s side - and Sandy feels uncomfortable because she has to serve her. Octavia circles Veronique with a ruthless ultimatum, and also ropes in Joyce to get things moving. Edmund has a very deep and honest conversation with Crystal.

Junior decides to buy Soebatskloof. CJ is discharged, and wants to immediately leave to visit Haley. Sandy feels uncomfortable having dinner with the Marais family in her uniform. Tjoppie hopes that Debbie-Lee will sleep over - and that their romance will drive Veronique away. Veronique doesn’t want to sign Octavia’s documents. Crystal tells Edmund her whole story, while Phillip sees what he must see…

Crystal tries to calm Edmund down when harvest time on Soebatskloof doesn’t kick off on the right foot. Octavia’s good news leads her to concoct more risky plans, while Tjoppie and Debbie-Lee’s relationship eventually becomes a focus point for both of them. Brenda struggles to get used to CJ’s secret, and makes it very clear that she doesn’t want to live a life that is muddled with secrets.

Brenda eventually hears a very big secret and must then keep her poise when Tjoppie walks into the room. Edmund follows his gut instincts, derails Chrystals plans, and surprises her with his actions. Sandy has a heart to heart with Debbie-Lee and later on Tjoppie asks Debbie-Lee what she really wants. Octavia and Junior are read the riot act regarding a secret.

There is a good explanation and an honourable one! why CJ did what he did. Veronique tries to keep Octavia away from CJ, while Debbie-Lee avoids the hospital so that she is not in the way. Dr Brandt explains what is happening with CJ, and Phillip is concerned when it sounds like Chrystal is saying goodbye to them. Edmund is anxious when he can't find Charl Senior's watch.

Brenda is still holding strong when it comes to decisions regarding CJ, while Debbie-Lee confronts Tjoppie regarding the Marais family's treatment of Brenda. Edmund tells Chrystal what he feels, while Chrystal plays open cards with Phillip. Octavia pleads with CJ to wake up.

Veronique demands that CJ be moved to another hospital and Brenda makes it very clear who is in charge. Phillip confronts Edmund regarding his feelings for Chrystal. Debbie-Lee feels helpless: she can't be with Tjoppie, and she can't do anything for CJ.

Octavia is devastated by CJ's sacrifice and even more so when Veronique accuses her of bribery. Edmund takes Napoleon out for a drink at the same bar where Phillip and Chrystal are having their date. Veronique arrives at the hospital to support Tjoppie, but freaks out when she sees who he is praying with.

Brenda is concerned about CJ as he has gone missing - without any trace. Dr Brandt has news on Octavia's operation. Debbie-Lee is worried about how her family will react if they should find out that she in a relationship with Tjoppie. Edmund sees another interaction between Phillip and Chrystal that makes him uncomfortable and puts Tjoppie in a compromising situation. Octavia's condition worsens.

Octavia experiences a severe setback, and it seems like circumstances will force the anonymous donor out of their anonymity sooner than later. Veronique is focused on finding out who the mysterious person is. Debbie-Lee is concerned about her job when Hermien catches her and Tjoppie stealing kisses. Phillip takes a stand against Napoleon - and asks Chrystal out! Napoleon gives Sandy an idea on the identity of the potential thief.

CJ's new car causes jealousy, while a call and news from the doctor gives Octavia a new lease on life. Chrystal doesn't want to accept Edmund's apology, while Sandy does a stock take to see exactly what has gone missing in the Marais mansion. Tjoppie surprises Debbie-Lee with a straight answer after her straight question and Marco brightens up Debbie-Lee's day.

Junior doesn't receive the news he was hoping for, and he asks the family to jump in and help to save a life. CJ's surprise for Octavia only aggravates Veronique, while Marco discusses his mothers newest crusade with Athandwa. Edmund confronts Chrystal about Hermiens earrings, while a sketch reveals nicknames for old enemies.

Bad news for Octavia could be the missing ingredient to build a bridge between her and Hermien. Edmund doesn't know what to do with the fact that Hermien didn't have a headache. Joyce tries to talk sense into Veronique's head, and Joey wasn't born yesterday: he knows the signs of a heart beating faster. Sandy is concerned about other things going missing in the Marais mansion. Veronique is on the warpath for Marco.

Junior pleads with Hermien to make peace with Octavia. Tjoppie is proud of the decisions that Marco is making, while his relationship with Debbie-Lee deepens with another passionate kiss. Joyce is shocked to her foundation when she finds out what Veronique has done and what she is planning to do next. Hermien unknowningly becomes Octavia's guardian angel. Chrystal tries to make things right.

Veronique can't wait to tell everyone that Octavia didn't make it and even calls Annette with the really sad news. Chrystal tells Edmund why she doesn't like Napoleon. Sandy begins her investigation into the disappearance of Hermien's very sentimental earrings. Athandwa and Debbie-Lee have words with Marco: some of them angry, others more goal-orientated.

Octavia is rushed to hospital with a snake bite, and while she's there, fighting for her life, it looks like a dark cloud is forming over Soebatskloof. Hermien feels very hurt when Chrystal makes it very clear that they are not friends. Tjoppie feels responsible for Marco, and goes looking for solace in Debbie-Lee and later on Shireen realizes what is really going on. CJ tries to encourage Marco regarding the future, while Edmund witnesses Chrystal doing something in the vineyard.

The matric results leave some people celebrating, while others are completely stunned. Octavia believes she is completely in control when the day of the networking function arrives. Chrystal finds herself in a very difficult position when she snoops around in Hermien's room and Sandy walks in. Veronique and Octavia are not the only two poisonous serpents on Soebatskloof. Edmund asks Hermien some very difficult questions after a very upsetting interaction with Chrystal.

Chrystal tells the rest of the workers half of the truth, while Veronique pushes to have a function for Octavia that gets Edmund's back up. Shireen doesn't think she has anything to apologise for, while Tjoppie and Junior have a huge falling out and CJ and Marco walk in on the fight.

Chrystal confronts Tjoppie about his loose mouth, while Octavia shows Veronique exactly how dangerous she can be when she wants to. Hermien is seriously worried about the future of the farm under the reign of Octavia and Veronique, and Tjoppie makes her a promise. Gershwin wants to make life a lot easier for Veronique but realizes quickly enough that Veronique has plans of her own. Nenna wants to reach out to Shireen, but Joey forbids it.

There is a letter on the kitchen table waiting for Shireen that might change her whole future. Octavia's clever plans are quickly stopped by Edmund and Octavia takes her rage out on Veronique. Tjoppie doesn't trust Chrystal at all and let's something slip that he thought was common knowledge. Junior's loyalty is pulled into question.

Octavia Marais is back in all her glory on her beloved Soebatskloof and she makes sure that everyone knows it, especially her business partner. She shares a very big secret with CJ. Chrystal's presence has tongues wagging in and out of the Marais mansion but it is her behaviour towards Napoleon that really gets the gossip mill going. Joey is not planning on forgiving and forgetting anytime soon, while Shireen stands by her choices.

Tjoppie's discomfort with Chrystal in the house is very clear but not as clear as Hermien's anger towards Octavia. Octavia is a sharpshooter and she will not let her good deeds go unnoticed. Debbie-Lee has to make a very big decision, while Joey's health and Shireen's love life drives the Systers apart. Warren feels exceptionally guilty about what Shireen is going through.

Edmund introduces the workers to Chrystal, while Hermien informs the rest of the Marais family of their new guest. Joey lands up in hospital over Shireen's choices and Nenna does not hold back in a confrontation. Gershwin makes a promise known to Veronique, while Junior arrives with an unpleasant surprise!

Shireen follows her heart: she asks Warren to move in with her. Joyce tries to cheer up a very sour Gershwin with her wishes for 2026 for him. Marco takes a risky step at midnight.

Shireen tries to determine whether things between her and Warren meant something, while Tjoppie tries to make things right with Debbie-Lee. Marco's idea of a New Year's celebration leads to another unexpected incident with Athandwa and a dream. Edmund's return to Soebatskloof is a joyous relief but Vernoique seems to be the only one that doesn't feel it.

Edmund Abrahams returns to Soebatskloof unexpectedly. Warren warns Hermien against Veronique and Hermien decides it is time to confront her. Debbie-Lee has a very clear message for Tjoppie, and shortly afterwards she and Phillip make a big decision. Gershwin decides that it is now or never, and Veronique has to think fast on her feet. A moment between Athandwa and Marco causes great discomfort.

Warren declares his love for Shireen and then gives the media something to write about! Warren gives Hermien and Tjoppie all the evidence they need to corroborate his stories to the media and Hermien fires him on the spot. Veronique is relieved that her name didn't come out of his mouth but Warren's revenge is sweet. Gershwin's obsession with Veronique starts all over again.

Christmas on Soebatskloof is a festive time and not just because Debbie-Lee returns from Paris! Stil Piet and Phillip are the heroes of the day when they defuse a threatening danger. Shireen arrives just in time when Warren wants to divulge his sins, and Joyce talks Gershwin into accompanying her to Soebatskloof. CJ is surprised by a valuable Christmas gift.

Veronique's revenge plans include a hitman but it's Shireen who has a close shave with death. Warren decides to play open cards with Hermien. CJ pleads with Granny to help reinstate peace between Joyce and Brenda and Hermien invites Joyce and Gershwin to spend Christmas with the Marais family. Nenna is deeply shocked when Phillip tells her about everything that is going on in his life.

Hermien tries to kick Veronique out of the house, while Veronique discovers information that will derail her and Gideons plans and Gideon gives Veronique a deadly task. Stil Piet remembers where he saw Saskia, while Phillip spends most of his money on a Christmas gift for her. CJ tries his best to reinstate peace in the Solomon household.

Gerrit shocks everyone with the truth: it is actually Veronique who invested in Soebatskloof! Everyone looks to Dewald for answers regarding getting out of the partnership deal. Phillip introduces Saskia to a few of his inner-circle friends, but it is Stil Piet that thinks he recognizes her. CJ calls in assistance to mediate his situation with Brenda and Grace is ready to do the right thing.

Hermien has no other choice but to sign the documents when Junior declines to become a partner. Sandy shares her suspicions about Saskia with Nenna and Joey, while Phillip and Saskia skip the family dinner at Shireens. Marco comes up with a plan to help CJ save his marriage, but when the plan is set in motion Marco sees Ruben at Brendas and a new form of hell starts.

Warren is thrown when Veronique informs him that Gideon knows about his past and that there is another plan already in the works. Hermien is caught off guard when Tjoppie makes an announcement and it puts a huge smile on Veronique's face. Phillip wants to introduce Saskia to the Systers, while Sandy warns him about the amount of money he is spending on the girl. CJ devises a plan to win Brenda back, while Gershwin has advice for Brenda regarding her wedding ring.

Veronique seduces Gerrit, one of Tjoppie's good friends, and then blackmails him and also plants the idea of a silent partner. Phillip decides not to hang out with the men so that he can spend more time with Saskia. Marco encourages CJ to fight for Brenda, but there is a snake in the grass and her name is Joyce!

Veronique informs Gideon about what is going on with Warren and proposes that they start making their own plans without Warren. Hermien is at a cross roads when Tjoppie makes demands of his own because of Hermien's decision regarding Warren. Octavia is contacted regarding a business proposal. Phillip can't stop talking about Saskia. Athandwa and Marco's project is a huge success, and CJ does something that could potentially ruin his relationship.

Tjoppie's questions lead him to the truth, and Hermien is not impressed with what her son finds - she decides to confront Warren. Meanwhile, Sandy gives her blessing to whatever is happening between Warren and Shireen. Philip meets a pretty girl, and he is immediately infatuated. Marco and Athandwa start working on their charity project, while Brenda removes herself from a situation in order for CJ to sort out his feelings once and for all.

Tjoppie intercepts a parcel that is addressed to Warren Ferreira and Tjoppie doesn't need to be invited twice to confront Warren about the surname change. Phillip's loneliness is a topic of conversation. Brenda tries to do the good thing and confronts CJ about his feelings. CJ discusses matters of the heart with Marco, and Marco gives his brother advice concerning the difficult position he finds himself in.

Hermien and Tjoppie decide to apply for a part of Soebatskloof to be declared as a heritage site. Shireen and Warren are falling hard for each other, but it doesn't get any approval from Veronique and when Shireen sees her and Warren together, she warns him against her. Phillip feels isolated from the rest of the Soebatsklowers, especially with Unathis parties, and invites himself to Shireen for the night. Brenda discovers a letter that lays the depth of the past out, and when she confronts CJ about it it leads to a huge falling out.

Tjoppie and Warren try to find a way to work together, but their relationship is very fragile. Unathi asks Phillip if he can use his house for a small gathering, and Phillip properly feels like an outsider. Veronique knows just how to use her silver tongue when she meets with Gideon and then she warns him against Warren. Brenda starts to suspect that there is more to the past than CJ told her. Warren blurts out his plans for Soebatskloof to Joey and Shireen.

andy and Shireen are not at all impressed with Tjoppie. A surprise kiss from Warren is a ploy so that Shireen won't notice what is right in front of her. Hermien's surprising statement catches Tjoppie off guard and gives him something that he thought was lost forever. Veronique plays open cards with Warren, and CJ and Brenda arrive back on the farm to help Marco find what he's looking for.

Debbie-Lee's heart is shattered shortly before she leaves for Paris. Warren uncovers Gideon's real plans for Soebatskloof and Veronique doesn't make things any easier. Dewald shares the unsettling bloodtest results of the partygoers, and Marco works with a very goal-orientated plan.

A 21st party on the farm turns into a nightmare when the guests all start getting sick. Hermien asks for a full investigation as soon as the partygoers blood test results become available. Debbie-Lee and Tjoppie make a very big decision regarding their future, and the ghost eventually gets a name.

Warren needs to persuade Gideon to put their plans on ice, as he fears they might be caught out but then... Veronique's curiosity gets the better of her, and she finds out who Gideon is. Tjoppie believes that the divorce will be quick and painless, which makes Debbie-Lee question things and then she makes a proposal that catches Tjoppie off guard. Athandwa and Marco have a plan to lay the ghost to rest but then the ghost loses a bangle that could be a clue to their identity.

Debbie-Lee decides to put herself first - she accepts the internship. Hermien's fear that she will lose everything worsens. Veronique aligns herself with Warren, and speaks out against Tjoppie. When baked goods start to disappear from the kitchen, the boys decide to start doing something about it.

Tjoppie hands the new divorce papers to Veronique - a few amendments have been noted. Debbie-Lee is offered the chance of a lifetime: an internship in Paris, France. The men work uninterrupted to save the vineyard, and Tjoppie confronts Warren with his suspicions. While the matriculants celebrate the end of their exams, there is a new ghost on the loose on Soebatskloof.

Debbie-Lee shares her heart with Shireen, while Tjoppie's sole focus is on the crisis in the vineyard.
