Ok Sun lets In Guk know about her revenge. In Guk is shaken by Ok Sun's fierce demeanour, and Mo Ran speeds up her plans of establishing a subsidiary as soon as she gets wind of Hyun Wook's counterattack. Meanwhile, Woo Hyun finishes up her first show with Gaon but soon finds out Hye Rim betrays her at the hands of Mo Ran and tells everything she's been hiding to Hyun Wook.

Hyun Wook charges at Mo Ran angrily regarding Hae Soo's ring. Making things worse, he sees Woo Hyun on her knees. Before he gets an answer, Mo Ran, who is already in a weak state, collapses. Later, Do Il appears in front of Hyun Wook and confronts him violently. And James shows up in front of a weakened Mo Ran, who takes him to her house. However, everything James does, gets relayed back to Ok Sun.

Meanwhile, Mo Ran becomes deep in thought after receiving a message from James, a young international student, and Woo Hyun has a deep conversation with Hyun Wook on a brisk walk at her location shot.

Mo Ran senses that Woo Hyun would remind Hyun Wook of his past love, Hae Soo, and sets up a dinner for them to meet.
