Patti's task is to set up Irv, actress Denise Richard's dad, whose wife passed away from cancer five years ago. Irv feels he’s finally ready to date again, but can Patti find the right woman for the 62-year-old who's looking for love again? Patti’s second client is an attractive, young millionaire, Stephanie Costa, who has a squeaky voice and an unlikely career as a retirement-home magnate. She just turned 30 and is ready for a serious man, but is used to dating jobless losers with no ambition. Patti's job is to teach Stephanie how to fend off the losers and be on the lookout for a winner she could end up with for life.

Patti has a Jim and a Jimmy, and their names aren't the only thing they have in common. Everything in his life is perfect, from the placement of the cans in his fridge, to the impeccable looks of his women.

Steve Lobel, a Jewish hip-hop manager from Queens who’s worked with everyone from Run DMC to Tupac. Steve looks and acts like a tough guy, but inside he’s soft like a teddy bear and wants to find his soulmate, settle down, and have kids. Can the right woman get past the Queens exterior and see the gentleman inside? Patti goes toe-to-toe with her second millionaire, divorced, 40-year-old plastic surgeon Dr. Alex Simpolous. Patti is horrified that he might be looking for perfection, as he was more than willing to make "surgical enhancements" to his last ex-wife.

Daniel Negreanu is a 37-year-old World Class professional poker player who is done gambling with love. But Patti sends him to astrologer Christopher Renstrom, and soon Daniel has his confidence back. She helps David learn to be able to talk to women.

Smike Wallen is 41, handsome, rugged, smart, sensitive and gay! Patti immediately sees his one downfall, though – Smike travels so much he has not been able to set down roots, preventing any real long-term relationship from developing. She also needs to rid Smike of his tendencies to date younger men, much like Rupert.

Patti revisits a client named Shauna, whom Patti clashed with in the past. This time, Shauna is willing to embrace Patti's advice and date an age-appropriate man. Patti's other client is young, rich and handsome, but this catch comes with a catch: He's painfully shy and has trouble communicating with women.

Patti takes on a successful entrepreneur who needs someone to help him be as aggressive in his love life as he is with his career. Will Patti help him step up his game? And Patti's other client this week is childhood actor Justin Shenkarow (Picket Fences) who has a bit of a stubborn attitude. When Patti comes over to stage a fashion intervention, she finds that his inflexible outlook may be a hurdle in finding him a match.
