A group of hunters travel to branches of time, attempting to find and capture the dangerous entity that create them, The Enigma. Never being able to catch the entity, they rely on destroying the branches to prevent any more destruction to the main time line. Everything changes once a random thief, from a branch in the year 2024, accidentally ties himself with The Enigma. Reide, a hunter, makes an agreement with the thief to work together and use this new found connection to finally capture the entity. This unlikely friendship leads to them learning more about the history of it all and why things aren't what they seem to be.

Summary

Now in possession of The Completion, King holds power over all possible realities in the timeline. Alone in the darkness, Reide is kept captured in a timeless reality far outside the timeline, where they fall back into the demons of their past. Fawley, continuing to destroy the branches, discovers the destruction caused by the others and seeks Reide’s whereabouts. With Grant gone, Reide and Fawley must find a way into the timeline and prevent King’s total control of reality.
