As the controversy over gun ownership intensifies, Sam continues to champion unity and solidarity through Racing, which has taken a stand against it. But democratic institutions are being overwhelmed by political spectacle: Kinsky proposes a live special featuring a panel of French citizens who will vote for or against civilian gun ownership. Sam and Marie, each coaching their own candidate, then face off in this final televised showdown.

Racing, which became a cooperative under Sam’s leadership, has been completely reorganized into a democratic governance system. This solidarity-driven revival saved the club. But Marie continues her fight over gun ownership with a new target: women. She decides to enlist the help of Yellow Submarine, a specialist in online influence. Meanwhile, following the reconciliation between Fodé and Pascal, the “La Boucle” collective splits into pro- and anti-Fodé factions. On social media, the divisions crystallize through a barrage of hateful messages. But in the digital age, the virtual world is so intertwined with reality that it directly threatens democracy and civil peace.

After a confrontation with Marie in the dressing rooms of her theater, Sam is devastated. But she must quickly pull herself together, as Racing is facing yet another crisis: the club has been raided and is threatened with a takeover to avoid bankruptcy. Meanwhile, Fodé is unwittingly drawn into a political and activist stance that is beyond his control. Marie drops another bombshell: the legalization of civilian gun ownership. While such a prospect seems unthinkable at first glance, Sam sees the dangerous path a radical idea can take to become socially acceptable. Because in such a tense climate, anything becomes possible—especially the worst.

A full-scale manhunt to find the arsonist who set fire to Fodé’s house has been launched on social media, fueled by fake news and violence. The government must intervene because, now, public order is teetering. Sam temporarily manages to block Marie’s plans, but Kenza Chelbi’s cunning overwhelms her, opening a window of opportunity that Marie skillfully seizes. Cornered, Sam finally manages to find the strength within herself to confront the demons of her past.
