Dr. Ashutosh is welcomed with a new stranger in his cabin. He gets annoyed at the new intern as she talks more than required. Anjali decorates a new room for Khushi, seeing which she goes crazily happy.

Khushi says a no when asked to stay with Anjali and her family. Everyone tries to convince her and give her various reasons. Finally, she agrees but puts her condition of staying back with them only for a week.

Nidhi and Ashutosh think of giving Khushi for adoption to Anjali and Dr. Ranganath. Dr. Ashutosh meets Dr. Ranganath to talk about it and he readily agrees. Khushi overhears Nidhi and Ashutosh talking about it. How will she react to it?

Dadi Bua is not stopping with the thought that she wants a grandchild. Nidhi firmly tells her that it is not possible at all now. Nidhi discusses this matter with Ashutosh so that Dadi Bua does not bother him. He clearly supports Nidhi's decision.

Dr. Ashutosh romantically surprises Nidhi by preparing breakfast for her. Khushi enters the puja room to steal ladoos but instead finds Dadi Bua's saree on fire. She somehow sets out the fire by pouring water on it. Dadi Bua thanks her and accepts her happily.

It is Navratri puja time and Nidhi's family serves food to little girls in their house. Dadi Bua serves food to Khushi as well, but she starts showing tantrums which irritate Dadi Bua a lot.

Dadi Bua does not like Khushi and her being around during the Navratri puja. Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi have an argument and she asks him to let this matter stay away from Dadi Bua for a while.

Khushi comes back to Ashutosh and Nidhi and insists on staying with them. They all finally agree. Anjali, on the other hand, tells Dr. Ranganath that she wants a baby and that she has promised her father too.

Dr. Ashutosh, Nidhi, and Baba finally decide to shift Khushi in a home shelter orphanage. But Ashutosh is asked not to visit her daily because it will become her habit and gradually a problem for her.

Khushi leaves the house without informing anyone and this makes them go restless. By that time the police enters to take Khushi. But when they find that Khushi goes missing, they charge Ashutosh and family for carelessness and warns them. Is the family in trouble?

Dadi Bua calls Nidhi to invite both of them for Navratri puja at their house. Nidhi is upset while talking as they got a call from the police to return Khushi back to them. Khushi has become so close to everyone that it will hurt when she leaves.

Dr. Ranganth is very busy as he is working on a critical case. But Anjali tries to lure him by being romantic. Dr. Ranganath tries avoiding her but fails miserably. Anjali's father overhears them talking about his critical condition.

Khushi does not allow Ashutosh and Nidhi to leave for work and insists them to stay back at home. Dr. Ashutosh makes her understand to be a good girl but she bribes him by saying that she wants something in return.

Khushi starts playing a game with Baba and Hiramann and makes them run in the whole house. When they give up on catching her, she warns them to lose weight. Dr. Ashutosh contacts the police when he sees Khushi calling a policeman his father. Is there any connection between them?

Dr. Ranganth appreciates Nidhi for her work and the efficiency with which she works. Dr. Ashutosh is in a chef mode as he wants to try cooking noodles for Nidhi and Khushi. will he be successful?

While returning home, a strange girl comes in front of their car. He helps the injured girl by treating her with medicines. They get along while he treats the little girl and is impressed with her bossy but cute nature.

Nidhi is suspicious that someone is there in her house and she wants to find it out. She spreads a bait by fake calling Anjali. She is sure about her instinct. Will she able to find who is there in the house?

Nidhi successfully helps Dr. Ashutosh in operating the CM. And with this success, Dr. Ashutosh designates Nidhi as the senior doctor. And it is time for celebration and a new beginning.

CM is being operated at Kotnis Hospital. But gradually he loses his pulse and doctors are not able to do anything. CM's son starts shouting on top of his voice and again threatens Dr. Ashutosh and his team. Will they be able to save CM?

Nidhi writes various riddles for Dr. Ashutosh, so that he understands what her heart wants. He starts solving those riddles and slowly joins all the dots she was giving as hints.

Nidhi finally manages to find Dr. Ashutosh. But it's such a chaos between the kidnappers and policemen, that somehow Dr. Ashutosh gets hit by a bullet and faints. Nidhi and the family is left in a shock.

Everyone including the police starts searching for Dr. Ashutosh. Among all this chaos, Nidhi gets a call saying that wherever Dr. Ashutosh is, the person will find him out. Is it the kidnapper who calls or a well-wisher?

Kaka calls Nidhi in the middle of the night to inform that Dr. Ashutosh has not reached home. Nidhi gets concerned and starts calling him but unfortunately, she is not able to reach him. She, Anjali, and Dr. Ranganath, all together search for him.

Amar's report is out and it comes out that he himself removed the stitches from his body and is not taking the medication properly. Dr. Ashutosh discusses it with Dr. Ranganath as he knows Nidhi will not accept it if he gives her the report.

Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi are not talking to each other at all. Dadi Bua is concerned about her and becomes restless. She wants to talk to Nidhi so that she sorts out all the differences.

Dr. Nidhi finds Dr. Ashutosh's car in the parking lot. She finds him sleeping in his cabin but then he wakes up and questions Nidhi why is she here. Dr. Ashutosh informs Nidhi that he knows whatever game she is playing and making a fool of the intern.

Amar starts liking Dr. Nidhi and he is not willing to leave the hospital. he starts making excuses so that he can stay back in the hospital. Dr. Ashutosh is understanding what Amar is feeling. Will this create another issue?

Dr. Ashutosh and Dr. Ranganath together question the injured, Mr. Amar. He keeps on joking around, which infuriates Dr. Ashutosh. He loses his calm seeing this callous attitude of Amar and warns him to cooperate with them or he will have to call the police.

Amar calls Nidhi in the middle of the night just because he wanted to see her. Nidhi gets angry and warns him to stay out of her personal life. Dr. Ashutosh overhears them talking and gets jealous as well as super angry.

Dr. Nidhi finds a stranger in a shootout and tries to help him. Despite the passers-by warning her that it is a police case, she still takes him to the hospital. Dr. Ashutosh yells at her that this illogical decision of hers can put them in danger.

Dr. Ranganath arranges a date for Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi. But everything is very weird between them. Even sitting together, they are not talking to each other. Is ita date? Or it is not a date?

Someone gives a missed call to Dr. Ashutosh from Nidhi's mobile. When he calls back, Nidhi gets excited but he says the wrong number and hangs up. Anjali is unable to see Nidhi in this situation and tries to talk to her.

Nidhi witnesses Dr. Ashutosh meeting Mallika in the hospital. She gets agitated and leaves the hospital in anger. Anjali tries to comfort Nidhi but she yells at her too and asks her to get out of the house or she will end the friendship.

Nidhi requests her father to give Anjali a job in his business. Nidhi's father readily agrees to it but they all decide to prank Anjali by giving her hints that it might be difficult for her to work with him.

Anjali visits Nidhi in the hospital as she wants some advice from Nidhi. Whereas, Nidhi without even listening, starts giving her solutions when she does not even know Anjali's problem. Anjali wants a job and asks Nidhi for help.

Nidhi straightforwardly says it to Dr. Ashutosh that she wants a happy life and that there is no space for Dr. Mallika in it. He agrees to what Nidhi says and agrees to it too. Dr. Ranganath is back in the hospital and Nidhi hands him all his responsibilities.

Dr. Ashutosh informs Nidhi that he will have to shift Dr. Mallika to a safer place along with a trustworthy person. Nidhi gets overly concerned as she is scared that Dr. Mallika will again enter Ashutosh's life. On the other hand, Dadi Bua is still waiting for a response from Nidhi.

A bright sunny day and Dr. Ashutosh does not want to get up until he sees Nidhi. He keeps calling her name and asks her to be by his side. Nidhi comes shying with all the love. It seems like love is in the air.

Dr. Ashutosh visits the hospital for a surgery where Mallika is admitted as a patient. He enquires about Mallika and gets to know that she is in need of the utmost help. He is confused if he should offer her help or not. Will he help her out of humanity?

Dadi Bua suddenly enters Ashutosh's house and asks Mathurji about what is going on in his house. Initially, he jokes around but later he discusses the matter with Dadi Bua. What advice will they give to Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi?

Nidhi again starts asking Dr. Ashutosh to give her the childrens' ward. But Ashutosh reacts in a different way. Nidhi insists him to talk his heart out, talk about his feelings, and basically talk about what he wants.

A strange person enters the hospital and yells on top of his voice that he is not going to leave Dr. Mallika. She will have to repay for her doings. He threatens Dr. Ashutosh as well. Nidhi freaks out and asks him to inform Dr. Mallika about it.

Dr. Ranganath and Anjali are on their honeymoon trip. And, he tries to be romantic but Anjali keeps on pulling his leg. He tries his best to give Anjali the best moments and express his love for her in every possible way.

Nidhi gets the whole hospital decorated for Dr. Ashutosh's birthday. He is very happy but also thinks that he should give Nidhi something in return too. He is concerned as he thinks he will too willl have to plan something huge and equally grand for Nidhi. What will he plan?

Nidhi plans a surprise for Dr. Ashutosh as it is his birthday by decorating the house with candles and flowers. Dr. Ashutosh is super surprised to see all the decoration, gifts, and notes.

After a very long time, Nidhi and Dr. Ashutosh get some alone time. They prefer to have breakfast together and spend the day in a jolly mood. They talk about the misunderstandings and differences they had so that it gets sorted.

Dr. Nidhi follows Dr. Ashutosh everywhere as she wants the child department. But he insists her to take up Dr. Ranganath's responsibility until he rejoins the hospital. As soon as she enters the cabin, Dr. Nidhi is shocked to see the pile of files she has to complete.

Dadi Bua starts again with her one and only mantra of having grandchildren. She makes it awkward for Dr. Ashutosh, Nidhi, and everyone around as she keeps on insisting them to have a child. She is eagerly waiting for a grandchild so that she can enjoy her grandparenthood.

Everyone is working on decorating the house. Still, Dadi Bua gets impatient and yells at everyone for working slow. She starts instructing everyone strictly. Nidhi makes her understand and calms her down.

Nidhi and Anjali plan to prank Dr. Ashutosh. As soon as Dr. Ashutosh enters the room, Nidhi puts color on his face, with which he gets angry. Everyone gets upset in the room and Ashutosh slightly yells at Nidhi. It all turns out bad.

Everybody performs for Dr. Ranganath and Anjali's sangeet ceremony. But suddenly, Dr. Ashutosh gets offended and says that no one asked him to dance. He puts himself forward and asks Nidhi for her hand as he wants to dance for her. Nidhi stands shocked.

While attending the sangeet, Nidhi starts missing Dr. Ashutosh. She wants to meet him and leaves for home from the sangeet ceremony. Both, Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi accepts that they were missing each other.

Dr. Ashutosh looks for Nidhi in the whole house. Baba asks him whether Nidhi informed him or not that she is going for the sangeet and will only come after the wedding. When Ashutosh denies, Baba warns him to sort out all the differences between them.

Dr. Ashutosh gets a message when he is in his hospital regarding a transaction. He is super shocked to see that someone made a transaction of 1 lakh rupees. He gets angry as he thinks Nidhi shopped for that big an amount. How will he react?

As Nidhi is back in the hospital, Dr. Ranganath explains her all the duties and responsibilities she has to carry. But she is in deep thought as she wants to talk to Dr. Ashutosh urgently, and ignores Dr. Ranganath's talk.

Nidhi joins Kotnis Hospital. She hesitates as her fellow interns have become full-fledged doctors. She hopes to get the kids department but gets the hospitality duty. She is shocked.

Mallika leaves the house. Ashutosh apologizes to Nidhi. Later, everyone enjoys their moments at Anji's place. Anji and Dr. Ranganath's parents happily agree for their alliance.

Mallika dissolves sleeping pills in Nidhi's food. Anji notifies Nidhi about it. Nidhi then refuses to eat the food. She wreaks havoc in the house. Ashutosh tries to eat the food kept on Nidhi's plate to prove her wrong, but to his surprise, Mallika confesses her sin.

Mallika orders high dose medicines. She talks Baba into checking her room so that she can collect the parcel. She waits for the right moment to use those tablets to harm Nidhi. Ranganath finds out about this and calls Nidhi & Ashu to inform them.

Mallika plans to kill Nidhi. She asks Ashutosh to take her to the hilltop. Nidhi, on the contrary, makes a picnic plan. Anji and Ranganath also join. At the picnic spot, Ashutosh & Nidhi enjoy a happy rain dance when Mallika's sound interrupts their moment.

Nidhi decides to make Mallika taste her own medicine. Anji and Nidhi make plans to show Mallika's true side to everyone. Mallika is in tension and fears Nidhi might take her away from her so-called best friend Ashutosh. What is going on Nidhi's mind?

The stranger turns out to be a patient who stays in Jeevan Sandhya Nursing Home. Nidhi and Rohan take him there. Ashutosh spots Nidhi on the road and goes numb. Mallika treats her brother and sister-in-law and reveals the good news about Ashutosh and Nidhi's separation.

Nidhi and Ashutosh are back to their homes. Both of them try to maintain their calm in their own sweet ways. Nidhi involves herself in the household work whereas Ashutosh gets involved in the hospital work. Rohan takes Nidhi outside where they come across a stranger roaming helplessly on the road.

Nidhi gets permission to meet Ashutosh for once. She rushes to meet him in the woods. He asks her for the final decision and she notifies that they will never speak to each other again. She comes back and informs Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua about it.

Ashutosh meets Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua in order to convince them to accept Nidhi and his alliance. Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua are adamant on their decision. They do not have the courage to go against the norms of the society. Nidhi is silent. She calls Anji and Rohan to cry out her heart. Dadi Bua is equally upset and worried for Nidhi.

Ashutosh wakes up early to meet Nidhi. Nidhi, on the other hand, lies to Dadi Bua and escapes to meet Ashutosh. Anji is worried for Nidhi and remembers her childhood days. Rohan calms her down. Dadi Bua and Colonel Verma find Nidhi in the woods and take her back home.

Ashutosh meets Nidhi. Anji is worried for Nidhi. Mallika reaches Ashutoshs place and learns he is still not home. On the other hand, Ashutosh is worried about Nidhi and discusses the same with Armaan. Mallika calls Armaan to enquire about Ashutosh. Armaan asks her not to worry and keeps down the call.

Colonel Verma takes Nidhi to some resort in order to keep her away from Ashutosh. Nidhi is heartbroken. Dadi Bua tries to cheer her up but all her efforts fail. Meanwhile, Ashutosh and Armaan are trying their luck to get Nidhis address. Will Ashutosh be able to find Nidhi?

Mallika is surprised to see that Ashutosh got himself discharged. Armaan comes to pick him up. Ashutosh and Armaan pop up at Nidhis place to convince Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua but are shocked to know that she was forced to go on a mini vacation with Dadi Bua.

Mallika is not able to see Ashutosh and Nidhi together. Dadi Bua & Colonel Verma are against Nidhi and Dr. Ashus bond but her firmness disturbs them. Ashutoshs recovery makes Nidhi very happy but she is sad thinking what the future holds!

Dr. Ashutosh is fine and so is everyone. He feels Nidhi is in some tension and discusses that with Armaan. Mallika asks Armaan to leave and not disturb Ashutosh. Anji meets Dr. Ashutosh on behalf of Nidhi. Later, Nidhi couldnt control herself and rushes to the hospital to meet her love.

Dadi Bua forcefully takes her back home. Colonel Verma tries to convince her to forget Ashutosh. Ashutosh asks for Nidhi when he opens his eyes, which upsets Mallika.

Nidhi's hope proved that love exists. She is successful in finding Dr. Ashutosh. Anji informs Dr. Ranganath who furthers notifies everyone else. Armaan reaches for help. Mallika tries to take charge and insults Nidhi.

Nidhi denies believing that Ashutosh is no more. She along with Rohan and Anji rushes to find Dr. Ashutosh in the nearby villages. Meanwhile, Dr. Ashutosh's body floats and reaches a river bank where some villagers rescue him.

Nidhi is very upset. No one is able to trace Dr. Ashutosh. Dadi Bua, on the other hand, mocks Dr. Ashutosh. Nidhi refuses to eat and drink anything until they find out about Dr. Ashutosh. Later, its declared that Ashutosh is dead and everyone gathers to moan for him, except Nidhi. Will Nidhis love bring back Dr. Ashu? Is he really gone?

Armaan finds out that Dr. Ashutosh has met with an accident. He informs Nidhi and Mallika about it, which shocks them. Dadi Bua talks ill about Ashutosh which triggers her anger. Nidhi, Rohan, and Anji rush to find Dr.Ashutosh. Where is Dr. Ashutosh?

Nidhi reveals Dr. Ashutoshs name in front of everyone. Dadi Bua fumes in anger. Rohan & Anji intervenes but Dadi Bua blasts at them. Everyone starts interrogating about Dr. Ashutosh but there is no news of him. Armaan returns with no news but a lot of suspicions.

Nidhi confesses to Colonel Verma that she is in love with someone else and not Rohan. Colonel Verma notifies Rohans parents and rejects the marriage proposal. On the other hand, Ashutosh is not reachable and this worries Rohan and Nidhi. Rohan asks Armaan for help.

Dadi Bua urges Nidhi to get ready for the engagement ceremony. Nidhi hesitates but Dadi Bua cannot notice this. Meanwhile, Ashutosh is trying his best to reach Lucknow as fast as he can. Its a tough moment for the duo! Will Ashutosh reach Lucknow in time to stop Nidhi and Rohans alliance?

Nidhi reveals the truth to Dr. Ashutosh about Rohan & her engagement. Rohan also gets a shock on learning about this. He tries his best to reject this marriage proposal but his parents refuse to understand and take a step back. Nidhi is very tensed and takes out all her frustrations on Rohan. Poor Rohan stands helpless and clueless!

Ashutosh notifies Nidhi about the delayed flights. Dadi Bua and Rohans parents are very excited about Nidhi & Rohans alliance. Nidhi and Rohan are unaware of all this commotion. Anjis mother informs Nidhi which shocks her. She rushes to tell Colonel Verma about her relationship with Dr. Ashutosh but just couldnt. What will Nidhi do?

Rohans parents come to Lucknow and are very thrilled to meet Nidhi. Nidhi and Rohan are unaware of the planning that is going on behind their back. Anji and Dr. Ranganath have a happy time in a cafe. Chote Sarkar, as usual, stalks Anji following Anjis Fathers orders. Ashutosh misses his flight to Lucknow and is tensed as he had promised to meet Nidhi.

Nidhi anxiously waits for Ashutosh's call. Meanwhile, Dadi Bua decides to play cards with everyone and asks Chote Sarkar to call Rohan & Nidhi as well. Ashutosh, on the other hand, is a little busy and is not able to talk properly with Nidhi. Even though they are in different cities, her beloved gestures and antics win Dr. Ashutosh's heart!

Mandira calls Nidhi and asks her to meet her. Nidhi takes Mandira into confidence and tries to share her love life with her. Dadi Bua and Colonel Verma have some other plans for Nidhi.

Anjis mother is happy to know Dr. Ashutosh decision for Nidhi. Dadi Bua urges Colonel Verma to take Nidhi & Rohans alliance seriously. Dr. Ashu shares his problems with Mallika seeking some help but she, on the contrary, scares him more. Later, he tells Nidhi that he has some urgent work in Delhi and desires to meet her.

Nidhi decides to tell her father the truth about Dr. Ashutosh. She hallucinates that her revelation shocks Colonel Verma & Dadi Bua. She calls Dr. Ashutosh and urges to meet. Dr. Ashutosh understands her fears and questions her. She asks him to take a stand for their bond as they do not have much time left. He, on the contrary, affirms to stand by her side always.

Dadi Bua asks Nidhi to stay away from Dr. Ashutosh which upsets her. Anjis mother scolds Nidhi and urges her to tell the truth. Nidhi declares her love for Ashutosh in front of Anjis mother. Anjis mother tries to make Nidhi understand but she seems to be blind in love and defends her bond with Dr. Ashutosh.

Colonel Verma is disturbed because of all the mess that Dadi Bua created. Nidhi is still very positive about everything. Later, Dadi Bua & Colonel Verma enter into an argument which only Rohan was able to solve. Anji's mother asks Nidhi to come back home. How will Dadi Bua react when she finds out about Nidhi & Dr. Ashutosh?

Nidhi is very happy to see Mandira. Dadi Bua insults Mandira and asks her to leave the house. Colonel Verma stops her but Mandira urges Dadi Bua to take out all her frustrations at once. All this commotion takes place in front of Rohan and Dr. Ashutosh. This episode disturbs Nidhi & Ashutosh. Witnessing this commotion, Anjis parents also come to Nidhis house.
