Summary
The electricity is cut off in the village, and Atef, accompanied by Abdel Badie, is trying to transport the vaccinations so that they do not spoil. Samir forges a penalty decision for Kawthar, which causes her to quarrel with Atef. Then the police raid Sheikh Mabrouk's house, and he thinks that Atef is the one who ratted him out.

Summary
Atef, a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Medicine, goes to receive the decision to assign him, then he is surprised that the place of his assignment is located in a health unit in the village of (Tarshuk al-Lif). He travels there to submit a grievance request for his transfer, but the first situation he encounters is the death of the director of the health unit.
