Kidnapped by Pigsy in the body of his demonic ancestor, Zhu Ganglie, Tang must help Pigsy remember who he is before he's turned into demon-dinner!

In order to find Tang, our heroes must start their Journey where Monkey King began his! In the company of the great monk Tang Sanzang.

Unable to reseal the scroll, MK's friends become trapped inside! Luckily, a mysterious new hero arrives in time to save Mei and MK from the same fate!

MK is living that hero lifestyle, busting bad guys and saving the day, until he opens a cursed scroll and his world is flipped upside down once again!

Now that the ritual has been started, it can't be stopped. Worse, something is happening to Mei! Ancient secrets are revealed as Monkey King finally tells the heroes the truth: there is a fourth ring! All of the Samadhi Fire is absorbed into Mei, and there are now two unstoppable forces for the heroes to contend with. The Monkie Kid team is pushed to breaking point, and nothing will be the same!

Now with all three rings, the heroes ask Monkey King 'what's next?' But before he can answer, Ne Zha arrives, hunting them down. While Monkey King holds Ne Zha off, MK and the heroes must get the rings to a mystic mountain where they can reforge the fire. However, when Macaque arrives, now supercharged with Bone Demon power, things go from bad to worse.

The heroes arrive at the last stop on the map: Lantern City! But to get the final ring, they'll need to compete in a talent show! Stuck as band manager, Tang doesn't want to just sit around and wait. He's going to find the ring himself! Unfortunately, he's leading the Macaque right to it! To everyone's surprise, Tang stands up to Macaque, tapping into a power he didn't know existed...

Watching Pigsy's favourite cooking show, "Cooking with Chang'e", MK realises the second ring of Samadhi is there in her kitchen... On the moon! Soon, Pigsy, MK and the Monkey King are flying to the moon in a rocket! Making their way through Chang'e's solar base, they need to avoid Chang'e's killer bunny mechs and make it to the kitchen! However, getting out is going to be even harder than getting in!

MK, Mei and Sandy find themselves stranded in the desert, but a familiar figure emerges to save them: Red Son is back! Bringing the trio to his family's fortress, the heroes overstay their welcome with the villainous trio as they try to find out everything they can about the creation of the Samadhi Fire... and soon realize that the first ring is here, in Demon Bull King's nose!

When a demon attacks, Tang and Pigsy know their only choice is to wake Monkey King from his mystic meditation. Monkey King scares off the demon, but now thinks he's his younger self! When the demon kidnaps Tang, it's up to Pigsy and Young Monkey King to rescue their friend. Meanwhile, Tang wakes up in the castle of a beautiful Queen who 'rescued him from the demon'. Tang isn't buying it...

After a pitstop, the heroes get back on the road. Strangely, MK notices they're headed East, not West! Something's wrong! We soon learn Macaque has tricked them and is bringing MK back to Lady Bone Demon. Meanwhile, Pigsy, Mr Tang, and Monkey King realise they've been separated from the others, but before they can go looking for them, they are attacked by a horrifying demon!

The heroes drive across a vast desert, headed for the first location on the map. When their van breaks down, the team is stranded until they find an Oasis owned by the crafty Goldfish Demon! He offers to let them try and win whatever they need in his game show. MK, desperate to prove he can be the 'smart one' now he has no powers, agrees to play. Problem is, he's not the smart one!

When the heroes' drone crashes in the ocean, they are captured by the Dragon of the East, Mei's distant uncle! Furious with Monkey King for stealing the staff eons ago, he confiscates the map and imprisons the heroes... all except Mei! Now it's up to her to retake the map and save her friends before Macaque catches up to them!

Monkey King battles the hero Ne Zha for a map that will lead to a weapon strong enough to defeat the Lady Bone Demon. With MK in peril, Monkey King uses the last of his strength to get back, but not before MK loses his powers. Now, MK, Monkey King, and the other heroes are on the run, pursued by the Macaque! Without his powers, MK must make a tough choice in order to defeat the villain!

MK is stuck in his training. He's not really advancing in his power set and feels like he'll never really be the hero he needs to be unless he goes through exactly what Monkey King went through. When he finds a VR video game that emulates the Monkey King's battles, MK jumps in, hoping to "live" Monkey King's life in order to be a better hero.

MK accidentally shrinks himself and falls down the drain, into the sewers, and finds himself back in the lair of the Spider Queen. Trying to escape, MK finds a young girl in need of rescuing. However, she's really Lady Bone Demon in disguise! Meanwhile, Tang has become a food critic, and Pigsy bends over backwards to make sure he's pleased.

Speedy Panda stores have appeared everywhere along with their biker gang delivery boys. Things boil over until a "food war" is declared. "Food critics" arrive, and Pigsy and friends must compete in a Food Olympics against Speedy Panda... which just so happens to be owned by Jin and Yin, the Gold and Silver Demons!

Pigsy has replaced the Monkey Mech game with Ping Pong and gets wildly addicted. MK has to break Pigsy from his addiction in order to save his shop. Meanwhile - Sandy accidentally gets put to sleep with a supercharged sleepy time tea. When a box, marked "from Monkey King" arrives, Mo finds himself having to take care of a bunch of Fruit Babies that are running rampant all throughout the boat.

MK receives a mysterious call from Monkey King. Turns out, he may have accidentally knocked over a "Celestial Dumpling". It's streaking toward earth, and if it hits... well, everything will be destroyed. To contain the Dumpling, MK and Tang must find a Mystical Vase at Flower Fruit Mountain, a place replete with mystery and danger.

A new game sweeps across the city, but instead of fun and frivolity, the game is actually a virus that knocks out everyone who plays it, leaving the "Cloud" free and clear to be pilfered by one of Spider Queen's minions - Syntax, the Tech Spider! It's up to MK to swing into action, shut down the cloud, and wake up the city.

Everyone in the city is abuzz with the talk of an upcoming street race that will grant the winner "immortality". Mei and MK enter the race but a disagreement has them competing against each other. Their frustration boils over, causing them both to wreck and the DBK family to take the lead. Our heroes must learn to work together to defeat the DBK clan before they can claim the ultimate prize!

MK wakes up to a perfect life... TOO perfect. Evidently, he's defeated the entire DBK family and everyone treats him like a hero. MK soon realizes everything is not as it seems, but that he's living in an illusion brought on by being trapped in the nefarious Calabash, an ancient magical device wielded by two mischievous demons. MK must shake off the illusion to defeat his comically weird enemies.

Pigsy and Mr. Tang, on the hunt for ingredients for the perfect meal, are taken hostage by the villainous Spider Queen. Sandy, MK, Mei, and Mo must take their new boat down into the sewers and free their friends before they become the main ingredients in Spider Queen's dinner.

When Mei, a member of the fabled and prestigious Dragon Family, is asked to house sit, MK begs to come along. General Ironclad, one of the DBK's minions, hears that the Dragon Family will be gone and realizes there's an opening to infiltrate the Dragon Temple House and steal the legendary Dragon Blade. But Mei defends her home and claims her birthright as the wielder of the fabled sword.

After Mr. Tang mentions the famed power of the Monkey King to duplicate himself, MK decides to do the same and creates "corrupted" clones, that supposedly will do everything for everyone while he stays home and plays video games. But, since MK is undisciplined, and doesn't really know how to use his powers, the clones go crazy, wreaking havoc.

After the humiliating defeat of DBK, Red Son decides to reclaim some villainous glory by taking over the "Weather Station" a prestigious club that allows its members to control the weather in different parts of the city. MK, overconfident with his new powers, attempts to defeat Red Son, but his lack of control and discipline causes some trouble.
