At the gibbon house, it’s been 48 hours since elderly lar gibbon Ella underwent cataract surgery and the primate care staff have already noticed a remarkable change in her. While over at the orangutan nursery there’s a special delivery of jackfruit for Hsiao-quai and her three off-spring, but unknown to them it signals Kai’s last day at Monkey World.
