Jody Bogue, who has served terms as vice president and president of the Quincy Illinois Mothers Against Drunk Driving chapter (MADD). Jody Bogue is the 2008 recipient of the Adams County (Illinois) Bar Association's Liberty Bell Award as she discusses this and the Law Day luncheon.

Dr.Peppers and Bogue also discuss how she has been in a wheelchair since a 1991 traffic crash when she was in a vehicle and hit by a drunken driver. Bogue has participated in more than 300 plus DUI impact panels. She's organized the annual all-grades school poster contest to discourage drinking and driving as well as underage drinking.
