Keisuke is a kind, friendly and modest student. Because of his lack of understanding of what he aspires to be, he is a rather eccentric student when it comes to his passions. In club, Keisuke points out that though he's not an expert, he is its leader. Also, due to his unrealized passion to become a doctor, he can be caught "playing doctor" when the chance to help others arrives, putting an inappropriate amount of consideration in caring for them, including completely disregarding social norms.

Due to her wealthy upbringing, Mitsuru hasn't tried things like hamburgers before that would otherwise be normal to teenagers her age. She's fluent in another language and will occasionally use foreign phrases when speaking. Though she doesn't have much time to herself due to her other activities, she owns a motorcycle that she enjoys riding on when she gets the rare opportunity to do so.

Initially, Fuuka is a very reserved, shy and timid girl who rarely speaks up. this made her an easy target for school bullies, to the point of Natsuki Moriyama locking her in the school gym, which resulted in her getting trapped in Tartarus. At the beginning of May, she makes regular visits to Tatsumi Memorial Hospital. SEES theorizes that Fuuka became trapped in Tartarus when the school transformed into Tartarus at midnight, and that only several hours passed for her in the Dark Hour, not days. SEES takes part in a dangerous mission to rescue Fuuka. In the Full Moon Battle following her rescue in Tartarus, Fuuka is awakened to the reality of her Persona power. At the same time, Natsuki, one of the girls who bullied Fuuka, wanders into the first floor of Tartarus, following the voice of the beckoning Shadow.

Makoto meets Kenji, who at first glance seems to be an average student; but there's something different. He's only into older women. He has a friendly attitude, eager to talk about himself to whoever listens to him, namely the protagonist and Kazushi. Kenji is specially in love with his teacher.

S.E.E.S is a group of students from Gekkoukan High School that are using the power of Personas to fight The Dark Hours. Makoto joins S.E.E.S as a Persona user after going back to Tatsumi Port Island after 10 years.
