Like many parents in Britain, Nigel and Gina's four-bed semi has been used and abused by both parents and kids, not to mention the pets. But after he delivers some home truths, it's Phil that's in the doghouse. Over in Bromley's desirable Old Town, Phil meets hoarder Julie and tries to recover the beautiful two-bed terrace hidden underneath her stash. If she'll kick out the clutter, he'll sell her house, but will she keep her end of the bargain?
