Things keep going wrong at rehearsals, could it be the work of the infamous ghost, said to live in one of the boxes at the theatre? The story goes that he can only be appeased with gifts of food before every performance, only the director of this show, Archie Rivers, has refused to submit to such blackmail.

Lena is one of the backing singers and has a far better voice than Honey. She signs a contract to be the lead voice in the musical, unaware that she will only be the voice; Honey will be miming to it on stage.

Pigeon Boy and the ghost come up with a plan that exposes Honey for the fraud she really is and lets Lena take centre stage where she belongs.
