With an empty nest and a new lease on life, Sandy is looking to live it up in an urban pad of her own. And she's enlisted her identical twin sister and best friend Susy to help her find the perfect downtown property. Adding even more twin power to the real estate mix, Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan promise to find Sandy her dream home. But that will mean buying a fixer-upper and customizing it to fit her exhaustive wish list. Drew takes charge of the house hunt.
