Taking the Renovation Leap

Pema and John's downtown condo was plenty big when it was just the two of them. But with two dogs and a baby, it's now pure chaos, and they're desperate for a spacious family property with a large backyard and plenty of room to grow. Drew and Jonathan step in with a plan, and their first job is shaking Pema's fear of renovations. At the negotiating table, the couple's low-ball approach threatens to derail the project before it's begun. Later, when the walls come down, the problems pile up as Jonathan uncovers a series of worst-case scenarios.
