This is a response to a question from one of my viewers. This doesn't have an easy answer without talking about how money is made from Publishing, Record Sales, Sound Exchange, BMI or ASCAP, Publishing, Live Performance, Crowdfunding, Youtube, Teaching, Film Scoring and Licensing. I tried to address all or most of these things with actual numbers and how it all works.
