Two of his friends say Derrick can't compete with Ava which makes Derrick very upset and he begings to fight with them, all boys end in the principal's office.the temp secretary calls Susannah, Johnny, Jay, Ava, and Simon to pick Derrick up. Derrick tells Ava he doesn't want to race with her as she's not a father.Nikki becomes frustrated with Cameron and the school elections.
