As one of many servants who dote on the demented and dysfunctional family, Maria discovers there's not only a class struggle between the upstairs and the downstairs, but there's an all out war among "The Help."

However, Maria realizes that she gets too comfortable and has to face the challenge of asking Mrs. Ridgeway for a raise. Meanwhile, Anna tries to win Douglas's affection back after he finds a new girlfriend.
