As Caryl pieces together the events surrounding Llyr's demise, Rhys confronts his father, Bryn, to uncover his connection to Llyr and the bombing. Hari makes the difficult decision to leave Llanemlyn, for a fresh start.
The community grieves for one of its stalwarts. Eve is tormented by guilt, while Mabli voices her criticism of reservoirs through a poignant poem at the funeral. Mabli joins forces with Hari to take a stand against the reservoir.
Caryl relentlessly pursues the truth, interrogating Eve, Rhys, and Robert, seeking to uncover their involvement in the tragic event. Family dynamics are muddied by Mabli's secret paternity test, a revelation that threatens to unravel the family. Eve's desperation to protect her past results in dire consequences.
