Online Britain: Who's Getting Left Behind?

Apps and smartphones are increasingly becoming an essential part of everyday life. Yet it's estimated that more than 10 million adults in the UK lack the basic skills to access the internet, and around 40 per cent of over 75s don't use it at all.
