The Great Wall of Metal, a film by Olivier Richard, is dedicated to the Chinese metal scene. "I have to think about our band's career in China; we can't talk about politics. If someone heard us, we could get killed." While metal may be the favorite genre of Chinese rockers, it takes uncommon faith to embark on the metal adventure in the land of censorship. Yet thousands have tried, across the Middle Kingdom, from Beijing to Inner Mongolia and Sichuan.
