Vilda has trouble falling asleep. Vilda is at Aunt Eva's and is going to sleep over. It's time to go to bed and Vilda wonders why you always have to go to sleep when you're having the most fun? What does Vilda do so she doesn't have to sleep?

Vilda is going to the theater and Dad has said that you should wear nice clothes when you go to the theater. So she puts on the coolest skirt she knows and the funniest tights she has.

Vilda loves going to brunch when you get to pick what you like best. There will be lots of goodies and Vilda will be stuffed. Then she gets an idea to share all the goodies.

Vilda scratches her hair and she scratches some more. What could it be? Dad looks closer and finds lice. Vilda has lice for the first time and now Vilda needs to be deloused.

Vilda has never spent the night at a friend's house before and tonight she's staying with her cousin Kim. Everything goes well, but when they go to sleep, Vilda realizes that she misses her dad.

Vilda visits her Aunt Eva who has a cottage with a small garden. When Vilda gets bored, she starts digging around in the garden and soon she finds a real treasure.

Getting vaccinated is a bit scary, says Vilda. When Vilda meets the nurse, she sticks out a banana instead of an arm and tries to trick the nurse. Will Vilda get any vaccination at all?

Vilda and Dad are going on a ferry because they are going on an excursion. Vilda has a small green boat with her, but when they leave the ferry she forgets the boat. Luckily, there is someone there who wants to help Vilda.

Dad has arranged a babysitter for Vilda, but she doesn't want a babysitter or for Dad to go out. When Dad leaves, Vilda stays at home with Hanna, but if Vilda gets sick, maybe Dad will come home again?

Vilda watches the big girls jump off the swings at high speed. When it's her turn, she jumps so far that she lands on her knee. She gets a scrape and Vilda wonders how she will get home.

Going to the dentist can be a bit scary. Vilda tries to avoid the visit at all costs but Dad says she has to go. Vilda is nervous but with the help of Tigris, everything goes well in the end.

Vilda finds a magnifying glass and takes a closer look at her dad's watch. But why is the clock ticking and what does it look like inside? Vilda takes the watch apart but then has trouble putting it back together.

Vilda has never visited a hairdresser before because her father has always cut her hair. After Vilda cuts her bangs with a pair of blunt scissors, Dad thinks it's time to go to the hairdresser.

It's Vilda's fifth birthday and her father has promised to invite five friends to a party. Vilda thinks that's very few. What happens when Vilda invites more than five and what will her father say?
