When McGuire takes his ailing 12-year-old daughter to Dallas for a life- saving bone marrow transplant to cure her leukemia, the IRA group is there to greet him. They kidnap the girl and hold her ransom in exchange for a renouncement of the peace agreement. Now Walker must do everything he can to save Jennifer McGuire's life, and to keep the peace.
