Another alligator tries to become the ""new"" alligator in the zoo by getting Wally thrown out.
Wally escapes the zoo to try some outside food. He goes to the local restaurant, but he encounters a waiter who has little patience.
When Wally has a leaky pipe, he convinces Twiddle to let him fix it but ends up making a bigger mess and they have to call a plumber.
Mr. Beagle contacts Wally about the estate of his late Uncle By-You Bogs Gator, which leaves him the Grand Goober Island in the Everglades.
Wally finds out about a movie being made about "The Creature from Planet Nix" and escapes from the zoo to be involved.
Wally slips on the ice, right into a big break!
Wally is mistaken for a creature from Mars when he puts too much bubble bath into his Saturday night tub and floats over the countryside on a cloud of bubbles.
Wally is trying to break into show business when he is approached by promoter Leo Lasagna. Wally falls for Leo's promises.
Wally discovers a gopher in his garden eating all of his treasured swamp turnips. He swears revenge and sets about trapping the pest.

Twiddle brings Wally a birthday cake and the two reminisce about Wally's life in the zoo. When Twiddle recalls all the trouble Wally has given him, he gives him the cake -- right in his face.

It's a battle of con artists when Wally tangles with a fast-talking insurance agent. Seconds after buying the policy, Wally lands in the hospital.
Wally sneaks away from the zoo and hides in a piece of luggage lying outside the zoo gate. He's in for a big surprise -- the suitcase belongs to zookeeper Twiddle.
Wally discovers he has gained excessive weight and is told to get some exercise. Wandering into a gym, he is scouted as a new champion for the ring. Once there, he discovers competition that is too much for him. Rescued, he is relieved to be back in the zoo.
Wally escapes from the zoo by chasing a cluster of gas-filled balloons. He floats merrily over the countryside, creating an "Unidentified Flying Object" scare.
A baseball scout sees Wally throwing rocks in the zoo and signs him an a pitcher for a major league team. Wally sneaks out of the zoo with the scout and reports for training.
A notorious gangster buys an alligator disguise and hits the street at the same moment that Wally is making his escape from the zoo.
Wally is arrested for trying to break in to the zoo!
Landing in the net of a mad professor, Wally is sent back into time where he in mistaken for a shrunken dragon by a do-good knight.
Twiddle, the zoo keeper, talks Wally into taking better care of the lawn in front of his cage, but Wally and the new power mower don't quite understand each other.
With the smell of magnolias in the air, Wally falls in love with a real Southern belle named Hominy. When Hominy's beau comes home, poor Wally is almost put into orbit.
Wally thinks his destiny is to become a famous movie star so he heads to ""Squad's Drug Store"" because that is where ALL movie stars go to get discovered of course. Once ""discovered"", it's off to Hollywood for Wally to film a movie. However, Wally soon finds out that being a movie star is not all glory and glamor and decides Hollywood must do without him.
Wally takes an overdose of super vitamin pills and shoots up to a gigantic height. Everyone in the city panics when it is announced that a prehistoric monster is loose.
A stork accidentally drops a baby gorilla in Wally's pen and Wally has his hands full until the stork returns to rectify his mistake.
Twiddle buys a motor scooter to aid him in making the zoo rounds. When Wally tries his hand at operating the scooter, chaos breaks loose in the zoo.
A wealthy matron phones the police to report an alligator in her bathtub. The gator of course is Wally, who proceeds to drive everyone crazy.
Twiddle, the zookeeper, buys a genuine Tasmanian Alarm Bird to assist him in keeping Wally from escaping. Wally tries every possible trick but he cannot avoid the bird.
A robo-gator is loose in the zoo!
