On the face of it Gilan and Holliehave it all - a nice big house, a successful outdoor adventure business and an especially loving extended family. Now in their late 20s, however, they're asking themselves whether they're living to work or working to live. Together they have decided that New Zealand could be the answer. But with their two boys reaching a crucial school age and baby number three on the way time is of the essence.
