We visit Richard Halberstadt from the UK, who works at the ruins of an elementary school in Ishinomaki City as a guide introducing the damage caused by the disaster and relating his own experience of the event. We follow him in his efforts to pass on the memories of the tragedy to future generations. We also meet Chinese Zhang Hecong, who works for a Japanese children's clothes brand.
