Army Wives

A retrospective that provides a look back at the program with members of the cast and production team as they come together for a final heartfelt goodbye to "Army Wives." The two-hour special features interviews with original cast members, reuniting to offer exclusive insight into the show and their characters. Executive producer Jeff Melvoin and author Tanya Biank, whose book the drama is based upon, also join in to reminisce about their experience on Army Wives. The special also features commentary from real-life military wives.

After only a four day courtship, Roxy impetuously decides to marry Private First Class Trevor LeBlanc and moves with her two kids to his Army post. Floundering in her new life as an Army wife, she takes a job bar-tending at an off-post bar. While on the post, Roxy meets Claudia Joy Holden, who believes that her husband Colonel Michael Holden's promotion didn't come through because of base politics. Another Army wife, Pamela Moran, is heavily pregnant with twins - she's secretly acting as a surrogate to get her family out of debt. Meanwhile, psychiatrist Dr. Roland ...

After Jeremy attacks his mother, she decides to learn defensive training with the help of Roxy. Meanwhile, Pamela has no other choice but to take care of the twins she just gave birth to since their biological parents are out of town. Joan's erratic behavior causes concern for those around her.

Trevor wants to adopt Roxy's sons but her ex refuses to sign the papers. Pamela decides to reveal the truth about the babies' birth and Denise has had enough with Jeremy's violent outbursts.

The bombing of the Hump Bar has everyone experiencing turmoil in attempts to return to normal.

Joan struggles with her decision to terminate her pregnancy; Roxy takes in Betty while she recovers from the bombing; Pamela is frustrated by Chase's ongoing secrets about his work.

Denise connects with a wounded soldier who reminds her of her carefree past; Katie is upset to learn her father is going on another secret mission; and Claudia Joy becomes the object of a schoolboy crush.

Roxy, Denise, Roland and Pamela offer their support to Claudia Joy and Michael, who are unable to leave for Brussels because of Emmalin's disappearance. Roxy struggles to take control of the bar away from Collin. Denise faces serious consequences as news of her affair spreads around the hospital. Overseas, Frank volunteers to lead a dangerous mission.

Denise tries to learn Frank's fate after his unit runs into trouble in Iraq. She turns to Claudia Joy for help, but her friend is busy reestablishing a home base after deciding to stay in town with Emmalin. Pamela decides to show new army wives what base life will be like for them.

Claudia Joy house hunts as Emmalin's rebellious ways continue. Pamela is also on the lookout for a new place because her kids no longer want to share a room. Elsewhere, Roland is confronted by an outside therapist about the care available for soldiers and Trevor's career is jeopardized by a bad call he makes during a drill.

Denise and Frank face the aftermath of the gunshot that was fired in their home. Trevor and Roxy celebrate the impending arrival of their new baby, but Roxy is hesitant to share the good news with the rest of the tribe. Pamela, in need of a break and still struggling in her marriage to Chase, unexpectedly takes the kids away for a vacation. Claudia Joy learns that she has been nominated as a finalist for the Army Spouse of the Year. Roland becomes distracted from work when he receives news of Joan’s condition but steps up to help Denise and Frank through a their difficult time.

Joan’s healing takes longer than anticipated, leaving Roland feeling emotional about not being with her. Roxy is stressed about the financial burden that a new baby will have on the family, so Trevor offers to get a second job. With the help of Claudia Joy, Roxy is determined to get the ban lifted on the Hump Bar.

Claudia Joy hosts a breakfast for the Army Spouse of the Year Award finalists and the catty nature of fellow nominee, Lenore (guest star Rhoda Griffis), comes out in full force. Roxy and Trevor tell TJ and Finn about the new baby. Joan finds inspiration with other soldiers at the hospital. Roland returns to work to find an unexpected guest, his former business partner Terrance Price (guest star Clifton Powell). Emmalin cancels plans with her dad to help a new girl on post meet some of her friends.

Denise is about to meet her daughter-in-law but things don't go smoothly. Denise is meeting with Tonya gets off to a rocky start because Molly isn't feeling too well. They meet again for the second time Tonya doesn't trust Denise is medical training and isn't sure the diagnosis of colic isn't the right one for Molly. Emmalin goes to college while Frank, Michael, Trevor, and Jeremy are all in Afghanistan fighting the war.

Pamela makes a decision on whether to join the Atlanta PD or stay at fort Marshall as an army war wife. And Claudia joy graduates law school Professor Chandler offers her a job at a law firm. Joan tackles a new job and deals with the stresses of that. Roland tries to see if he can find time for his wife in her busy schedule.

Claudia Joy begins her first day working an associate to professor chandler in his law firm, but today takes an unexpected turn planned Claudia Joy is yelled at. Roxy feels that Pamela may not want to be friends with her anymore. Roland and Joan have to figure out where their daughter will go for preschool. A wedding shower is planned for Jeremy's fiancée Tonya.

The tribe prepares to leave Fort Marshall and go their separate ways. Roxy has a hard time adjusting to the idea of moving. Amid the base closing, Joan is busy getting the fort ready for an incoming hurricane. Denise and Frank celebrate Molly's first birthday.

In the aftermath of the hurricane, one Army Wife fights for her life, another searches for a place to live after her apartment building is destroyed and Joan gets overwhelmed trying to manage the aftereffects of the storm.

Trevor has difficulty adjusting to new houseguests; Denise encounters an old friend on the base; Pamela struggles with being so far away from Chase.

The people of Fort Marshall mourn the loss of one of their own.

The tribe tearfully comes together to say good-bye to a loved one. Roxy and Gloria befriend a young Army wife. Roland is offered an amazing opportunity to expand his research work, but he and Joan must make a difficult decision. A fight breaks out at the Hump.

Denise has her hands full when she agrees to watch David and Sara Elizabeth. Latasha, Maggie and Denise are brought together when their boys, David included, get into trouble. Jackie worries that Kevin is returning to battle too soon. Joan is surprised by her new orders. The wives turn to Denise for answers and support when news of an explosion in Afghanistan rocks Fort Marshall.
