Detective Chu Feng investigates the murder of a woman whose body is discovered in a river. As the case unfolds, a series of seemingly unrelated crimes reveal a hidden pattern connecting multiple victims. With a brutal massacre raising the stakes, Chu Feng must hunt down a cunning killer who continues to evade capture.
